Hotel Krone

Great hotel in perfect location, just in the middle of the town, with many restaurant choices, shopping area and buses to multiple slopes options few meters away. The family room was spacious, fitting very well our family of 5. Breakfast very nice and tasty, perfect coffee. Outstanding kids playroom!! And a mini-football table keep kids / family busy, thanks to a selection of family games. We really loved our stay and will be back :)

No one handling. Left empty after passing they key..not soap,toilet spoilt..different types of rooms for the same price..

The hotel is well-situated in the center of Lenk, next to restaurants and shops. Since this is such a small village, you're also just steps from beautiful nature walks and Alpine play areas. ||||Our room was in the Annex. We found it comfortable and charming. There's no elevator in the Annex, so it's not for those who have difficulty walking up narrow and steep stairs. ||||The Lenk area and this hotel are especially well suited for young children and families. The management is very friendly and welcoming, with good command of English. ||||The breakfast was very good in the traditional Swiss sense, meaning high quality and a large selection of offerings. The dinner was good, satisfying, and well-prepared. ||||The hotel provided us with free passes to use the nearby cable cars, which made this an incredibly good deal. Purchasing the cable car tickets separately would have cost us considerably more.

Best quality / price mountain resort hotel in Switzerland, no joke: very good sauna & pool & jacuzzi. Restaurant is very decent. Confortable lounge area, plentiful children’s room. All that in the heart of Lenk, walking distance from everything including ski slopes

Hotel needs to upgrade hallway carpets which are thread bare and filthy. Bathroom is dirty. The bathtub is very slippery and dangerously situated to get out. Towels are also as thin as a rag. Balcony opens up ti a great view. Restaurant for dinner was closed. We were given a voucher to a few surrounding locations.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious and modern with a balcony. The common areas were also nicely appointed. And last but not least, the restaurant is excellent. Beautifully made dishes and perfect service. I highly recommend.

We spent a night here with dinner and breakfast (half board) on an independent walking tour.|We were able to get into our room early which was nice. It was clean, pleasant and quiet. We had a balcony off the room overlooking a small square.|The food was nicely prepared and presented.|The staff was helpful and friendly.|Lenk in the summer is a sleepy tourist town but there was a good grocery for our picnic supplies and a helpful tourist office.
