I stayed here while attending a wedding in the area, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lobby gives the initial impression of a boutique property, but the services offered are no different than what you would find at any standard hotel. The rooms are minimally furnished, with basic flooring and awkward sink placement. The beds are adequate for a single adult or two children, but not particularly spacious or comfortable.
The biggest issue was the climate control. Despite running continuously, the air conditioning never cooled the room below 78°F. If you open the curtains to enjoy the one redeeming feature—the view—the room temperature quickly climbs into the upper 80s and remains there. For guests, especially families, this creates an uncomfortable and impractical environment.
Equally frustrating was the lack of amenities. There are no ice machines and no in-room refrigerator, which meant even something as simple as keeping milk fresh for our child overnight was impossible. For a property marketed as a higher-end option, this omission is inexcusable.
In short, this hotel tries to project the image of a refined destination but falls far short in execution. Aside from the view, it offers little that justifies the cost. I have stayed in budget properties at a fraction of the price that provided far better comfort and convenience
