This hotel stole my money, I tried to cancel because of bad weather I had to postpone my trip but was impossible to contact them because they never send me any confirmation mail o message; when they contact me they told me not possible to cancel without charges and I thought ok is common to have sometimes cancelation fee or even one night but this ridiculous hotel charge me the price of 3 nights!, when I finally made to kufstein I went directly to the hotel and they only told me after explaining the situation "yes and what do yo need? What do you expect to do?" I asked to give my money back and they refused arguing and threatening that was my fault even when I told them before even the first night!. After that I asked ok can you give me my room at least? (Was still on the days they made me paid), and surprisingly, there was no room available! So they charged me a room that they gave it to someone else, without notice, whitout invoice they only told they have the right to do it.
Also they don't have parking, it is said parking included but they made you park in downtown street so for sure parkimeter is active in some schedule and you will have to carry your luggage from were you park and can be not so close.
Restaurant, it was always almost empty every time I passed by.
Prices are high co sidering they are better options close to downtown I. Kufstein, if you have the opportunity to go to this hotel, it's better to think twice!
