I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable so I slept great at night. The location is excellent, just by the river with a lovely view and only a few minutes walk from Le Marais and Rue de Rivoli. All the staff members I met were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help and they gladly kept my luggage after checkout in a safe place so I could continue my day freely. The breakfast was nice as well. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience at a fair price, and I’ll definitely come back both for the great location and the amazing team. Fully deserves its high rating!

Loved our room (courtyard, nice and quiet!) and the entire vibe. Halfway through our week-long stay, the breakfast cook Moise knew our drink preferences and got my coffee started as soon as I sat down! He and all the staff provided excellent, friendly service, making the stay so special. The umbrellas provided near the entrance proved useful. The location is just perfect for a week here - near the Marais, walkable to many other destinations, and the island in itself providing an insane amount of charm. We might visit again soon, and stay here or else at their sister location down the street.

Hands down the BEST place to stay in Paris!!! Staying here is elegant, fun, QUIET, and the staff is AMAZING!! Moses in the morning will make you a custom cooked breakfast that is delicious and he is wonderful. This is my new favorite hotel. I will not stay anywhere else. What a absolute gem!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, so close to everything. The staff are extremely helpful. Rooms for Paris a great size, really clean, lovely toiletries. Breakfast exactly what one would need to face the beauty of Paris. They offer a really well cup of tea and cake, complimentary in the small reception area on your return from a long day acting as a tourist. There is a small supermarket next door and plenty of very nice dining option on the doorstep. Minutes from Notre Dame..... ||My one issue, was the lift was not working, we were on the 5th floor, so a bit of a trek, we were not told when we booked or we were not compensated in anyway for this inconvenience, the staff were very pleasant about it, but you got the impression that this was out of their control and only being told by the owner, as to what to do. ||Yes, I would recommend this hotel, but please open the lines of communication with your guests when you have an issue.

The location of this hotel is the main draw. It’s located right in the center, is very convenient and somewhat quiet. The elevator was out of order. And I got the sense that it had been for some time and was not going to be fixed soon. We were notified by email of this less than one day prior to arriving. Good thing we did not need it. The room was kind of charming in that French design way-Colors that somehow work well together against all odds, Wallpaper with a cute design that would elsewhere look cheesy. The bathroom is modern, and there are plenty of lights and outlets for tech charging. The room is tiny with a tiny closet, no drawers, a small shoe shelf and just enough space to walk around the bed. We kept our clothing in our suitcases, which we placed on the floor around the bed. The bed and sheets were comfortable though the pillows were not. Breakfast was delicious though limited without the ability for any sort of self service. No extra plates or napkins or glasses or water readily available. The breakfast room was not as inviting as most. |For the price, I wish this place could have been above average in any category. I doubt I would stay again.

We arrived at the hotel on August 22 for a 2 night stay. Because my wife has mobility issues, the availability of an elevator was paramount. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service with no indication it would be repaired during our stay. We were advised by staff that the elevator had gone out of stay at least several days before our arrival. Despite this fact, the hotel made no attempt to advise us of this fact prior to our arrival so that we could make alternate arrangements. We were clearly unable to occupy the room we had reserved on one of the higher floors and were offered a less desirable room on the hotel 1st floor (which is the second floor in the USA). Given the last minute notice, we did not feel we could obtain suitable alternate lodgings. While the hotel did transport our luggage to the room, my wife was required to negotiate a flight of stairs each time she entered or exited the room, causing great discomfort and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel for two reasons: 1. I feel the hotel was obligated to give its guests advance notice of the elevator so that they could choose, if desired, to make alternate hotel arrangements. Other comments on this site indicate that, even after our departure, the hotel failed to give such notice. 2. the hotel offered absolutely no reimbursement although I later learned that another guest had been given a rate reduction. The reimbursement should have been offered to every guest without question. While the staff we encountered were friendly, they seemed to have no authority to deal with the situation. Under the circumstances it is impossible for me to give this hotel a positive recommendation.

Nothing but good things about this 4 star hotel. Beds are amazing. Curtains are blackout. Bathroom pressure is excellent. Towels are big and soft. We were in room 55 which a larger room. Room 54 is two levels and has a refrigerator. Normally the rooms do not have refrigerator. Note: if your room doesn’t cool down with A/C, they can adjust the airflow and make the room super cold. I will definitely return. Also, breakfast is amazing. We crossfit and eat a lot of protein- they made 5 eggs and 5 bacon for us every morning. You choose not to do the breakfast there there’s lots of great places just a couple steps away. Also, there is a grocery store right next-door so you can get water for your room snack We didn’t try the room service, but there is room service they have 24 hour person at the desk so if you have any questions are always there. If you buy something that needs to be refrigerated, they have a refrigerator for you to store something in Honestly, this was a great hotel all around. Very glad we found it.

There is a lot to love about this hotel. There's nothing like returning from a long day of touring to a quaint and charming lobby where a cup of tea or lemonade and a delicious treat awaits you. The staff were proficient and friendly, and our rooms felt like stepping into a Parisian movie set. We liked the location right behind Notre Dame with views of adorable shops and cobblestone streets. We can't wait to return.
