Hotel La Bitta

We had overlooked booking, however we were offered to wait for a very short time before we were taken to a table. All of the restaurant team, Manager and waiters were incredibly friendly and eager to help. We had Oysters which were just amazingly fresh, my wife had the lamb rack and I had Beef, and a lovely bottle of wine. We were both too full to have dessert, but we will definitely be back to try again. We really appreciated the service and we felt really cared for and can’t wait for the next visit.

Beautiful hotel, not so new maybe because we stayed in regular room headed to the garden, no balcony, it was okay though.|Easy access to the beach which is beautiful , turqoise water, clear and clean, also nice and quiet pool, friendly staff, got watermelon for refreshing at the end of warm day, |We took half inclusive with dinner. It was good as well but we went out 2 times tried other restaurants around. |We got a bottle Sella and Mosca when we arrived as we celebrated Anniversary it was sweet gesture, thank you La Bitta's Team. |Overall we are satisfied, nothing to complaint about.

La Bitta stole our hearts the minute we pulled up and checked in. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool and beach area are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond and always have a smile on their faces. If you are looking for a place that is unique, quaint, and quiet, this is it. Truly a very special hotel.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, the beach is absolutely stunning and I'll definitely miss my early morning swim. My only criticism would be the rooms are looking a little tired but it's all part of the charm. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Small size hotel directly located at the beach; super clean, beautiful structure, lovely lunch place above the beach, good food and great breakfast choices. And most of all: an incredibly warm, gentle and hearty team, from the greeting to the beach crew and restaurant service. Congratulations to the director! Well lead hotel, highly recommended. My partner and I recently spent our honeymoon at La Bitta Hotel in Sardinia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. They accommodated us in a spacious, quiet room that featured a large Jacuzzi on the terrace—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. To our delight, they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which added a lovely touch to our romantic getaway. The breakfast at La Bitta was nothing short of amazing. Each morning, we were greeted with a buffet that included a wide variety of options: fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs, bacon, cakes, yogurts, and more. There was so much variety that I enjoyed something different every day and still didn’t have the chance to try everything. It was the perfect way to start each day. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right. There were plenty of sun beds available, so we never had to worry about finding a spot to relax. The pool staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure our needs were met, whether it was bringing us drinks or food. In the afternoons, they even treated us to complimentary watermelon slices, which was a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers direct access to a private beach with sun beds. The beach itself was the cleanest and most beautiful I have ever seen, with crystal clear water that was simply stunning. The tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. La Bitta is an adults-only hotel, which we greatly appreciated. The peaceful environment without children running around made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were provided with fresh beach towels daily. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive. We also took advantage of the spa area, which was complimentary. Additionally, we booked a couples massage that left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the perfect addition to our honeymoon experience. Even during a minor hiccup when we had car issues, the staff were incredibly supportive. They helped us secure a taxi and did their best to assist us throughout our stay, ensuring we were never left stranded. When it came time to check out, the staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast boxes for us. These were so generously packed that they kept us satisfied throughout our entire flight home. In summary, we highly recommend La Bitta Hotel. The exceptional service, stunning location, and thoughtful amenities made our honeymoon truly special.

Great hotel on a lovely private beach with super clear waters. Very friendly staff and good food/drinks. A special mention to Antonio in the restaurant who was extra friendly and helpful and joked with us about Irn-Bru (he previously worked in Scotland). A great place to stay in Arbatax.

I would give it 10 stars if I could , a massive thank you to the entire team , was here 3 nights with my Daughter pre-college and they truly spoilt us . The service , the location, the private beach , the water, the tranquil bliss … simply outstanding . An excellent restaurant wrapped in perfect service. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for several years and it has become our special getaway place in which we just relax, enjoy the beach, views, amazing food and cocktails and read a book while disconnecting from everything else. The staff is very attentive, professional and helpful, the hotel is well cared for with great amenities, choice of beach or pool - both great - great cocktail veranda and great restaurant. I would also recommend a massage and paired with good book to top it off and you have a small heaven on earth!

We booked the second half of our honeymoon here. Although we were impressed with the room and pool area, the rest is lacking. The food was not good at breakfast and just ok at lunch. The deciding factor for this one star is that we asked for a bucket of ice at the bar for a special bottle of wine we had brought for our last night. The bar staff, although opening 2 bottles for us before and offering us buckets previous nights; on our final night decided they would only offer ice in a bucket for 5€. I've never been to even a 1 star hotel anywhere in the world that will not offer their guests complimentary ice and I travel over 1/2 the time for work. We put our bottle of Dom in the fridge instead of being held hostage to this dystopian hotel. They knew we were on our honeymoon and we felt they were trying to take us over to coals on this. In addition having a 10€ room service charge is very steep, which we did pay for a couple bottles of Prosecco. It is in an idyllic location yet spoiled by their own arrogance . I'd recommend to pass this hotel by as you'd expect complimentary ice from any hotel. Probably the worst ending to a stay I've experienced and a terrible way to treat honeymooners. If you're on your honeymoon go elsewhere. At over 400€ a night you can do much better elsewhere. It's a shame that the management doesn't understand what a 4 star hotel is. No more than a 3 star at best which would be a reach. It's unfortunate that the staff isn't trained to deal with customers expecting a 4 star hotel. Until such time they improve their service, you'd be better served at another hotel. Do t waste your money and time here.
