Hotel La Botica de Vejer

Charming small hotel in the old town. It's a converted pharmacy with lot's of character. There is a small courtyard where breakfast is served each morning and the room we stayed in had great views across the village and the surrounding countryside.|There is no parking for cars available. Instead, we were advised to park in the visitors carpark as we entered Vejur and ring the hotel who then sent transport to collect us and our luggage. I think this was just as well as most walls and cars in the village were marked and dented as the streets are incredibly narrow!|The only negative points were that there wasn't a fridge or kettle in the room and wifi didn't work in our upstairs room ( it was ok downstairs). These were not really a problem and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay! The hotel has a beautiful view over the city. The staff were super friendly and there is a shuttle service to pick you up from the free parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was a nice, typical one, and the location is right in the center but still quiet. And the view from the toilets was just amazing – haha!

This is a gorgeous place to stay in Vejer. Vejer is on a hill with thin streets so the car has to be parked in the public car park located around 7 minutes walk- you can be picked up at the car park by the hotel staff team, so it’s not a problem to get there. This is not a modern hotel so if you are looking forward modern rooms this is not the place for you, but if you are after character and an unique place definitely stay here. Continents breakfast with fresh orange juice and local bread was perfect. From the hotel you can walk everywhere with lots of great restaurants, bars and you are surrounded by beautiful streets. Great location with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby.

A simple and effective hotel that provides all the necessary services. The location is located very central, within walking distance of most attractions/ restaurants. The rooms tidy and the beds comfy. The rooftop views are to die for. Perfect for sunrise

This is a hidden Gem in the one of the best white villages in Andalucia. Great Staff! Easy to communicate. Very Clean Rooms, one of the best views ever from my Room. Decent Breakfast.I strongly recommend this Great Hostal in Vejer de la Frontera.Excellent Service.

Just a few minutes' walk into Vejer. It's a very interesting building, being the old pharmacy and with many reminders of its former life!||||Our room was at the top of some steep steps (but there are rooms on the ground floor), which gave the advantage of great views of the town itself. Rooms and decor are sympathetic to the hotel's history. Breakfast is served in an attractive courtyard. The staff Elisa, Domenika and Cuani were very friendly and helpful. We can certainly recommend and would definitely stay there again ourselves.

The location was excellent and within a 5 minute walk to the restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Highly recommend.

This is really a very charming hotel in the midle of the old centre of Vejer. Not easy to acces by car but we parked at the free parking near the tourist office, right when you enter the village on your left and it was a 12 min walk to the hotel (upphil). The room was simple decorated, not very large but efficient and an incredible view (room 11). Als the top roof terrace has a splendid view over the whole village. The breakfast was good, in the little courtyard but the last day there were far too few tables placed out so we had to wait a little while. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. We will definitely come back.
