Great room and location with wonderful view of the city. However, the AC was broken which in July made it a little stuffy in the room. The light outlets also had issues so we had only one working outlet. There was no staff and no front desk around so we had no one to contact. We didn't realize there was a breakfast until we had already ate. Otherwise, we will be back again in the future as the location and room are hard to beat!

Fantastic location, good rooms, historic but modern. Great service. Pity no safe / mini fridge in the room we were in. Would use again, though. Comfortable bed.

Right in the old centre - location couldn't be more perfect. It's an interesting property. We had a wonderful attic room. Quite spacious. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable big bed. It's not really a hotel but more of a B&B, although there's nobody to check you in. You get given an access code for the door. There was a lovely communal living room with sofas and books and a kitchen. Wasn't really sure of the set-up - almost felt you were in someone else's house, so I suppose you could use the fridge and kitchen facilities - there was a coffee machine and kettle and teas and coffees. We were there early October and there weren't any other guests (they have 8 rooms). In the morning someone had laid out breakfast - nice breads and jams and things. Really nice place. But just to mention it's not a hotel - if that's the sort of thing you're after - there was no "reception" as such. And quite a few (beautiful, wooden) stairs up to the rooms, so not good for people with mobility needs. But an excellent place. Really loved it.

Location is perfect. Room is clean. However, at night (specially during weekends) it gets very noisy outside and you can literally listen everything. I recommend taking with you a good pair of earplugs.||||Also, we met the receptionist in the morning and all she had to ask was: "What time are you leaving?". No "Good morning". No "How was your stay?". I expected a bit more of feeling there.

Lovely, clean, really central. Not for the unfit as there are loads and I mean loads (think York Cathedral here) of stairs. Worth it to be in such a nice room in the centre of a great city. Great shower and big comfy bed.

We used the studios located in Street Santa Maria. They are around 35 sq meters with a big twin bed, a complete bathroom with shower, a small kitchen well furnished and a coach with a TV to relax. The furniture is of IKEA, not of great quality but comfortable and aesthetic. |It is located just besides the cathedral in the old part of Vitoria. You can reach walking everywhere.

Gaining access to our room proved nearly impossible. There is no desk to check in, and the accommodations are flats in two small buildings, some blocks apart. While our room was quite lovely and comfortable, actually getting in took well over an hour. Most all communication takes place by email or evidently, by text. Access codes for the building and the rooms are delivered by text or in our case during an angry phone call with a less-than-concerned anonymous voice. There is no one available and no one accountable. It is a completely sterile, impersonal and very inefficient experience.

We stayed in La Casa and also for our 2nd-4th nights in their apartment building a short distance away. Great location, very clean and Zuri who works at La Casa could not have been more helpful. Our stay was unplanned and the result of car engine failure on the motorway. We were lucky to get the last room in La Casa and then a cancellation meant Zuri could move us to the apartment building for the weekend. She also recommended to us three great restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to make a visit to this fascinating city and to stay at La Casa.
