Hotel La Compañia del Valle - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

SPECTACULAR! I am left speechless by the beauty of the property, the stunning views, friendliness and attentiveness of staff, the immaculate food, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop bar area is amazing for enjoying the breathtaking mountainous views of El Valle. The owner, Chris, the GM Fidel, and entire staff made my family and I feel so welcome and were accommodating to all of our needs. The entire property is absolutely beautiful, the rooftop bar and the pool area (the heated pool!) were my favorite. Each one of the 200 wooden and metal original sculptures throughout were beautiful and thought-provoking in their own way. The artworks made this truly a one-of-a-kind place! Everything about the rooms were lavish from the incredibly comfortable beds to the luxurious towels. I adore the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Everything I ate was AMAZING. Best ceviche i’ve ever had! I hope to return for the spa once it opens. It’s going to be beautiful! I would leave 6 stars if i could.
