One of the finest central located hotels. The management have got it perfect and the staff are brilliantly attentive. The manager at breakfast add dinner Daniel Grueirra is incredible - nothing escaped his eyes. The architecture, the history, the library- first class! Daniel has a passion for the property and everything this place offers. We are so grateful to have had a tour by him. I felt very emotional at the end.

What a great hotel! Booked with credit card rewards program (excellent redemption) & I was very impressed. The service, between the concierge, front desk (the evening supervisor, Bryan I believe was his name was very accommodating & Octavio was fantastic too. Nathan was super helpful for me!!), maintenance, & of course housekeeping were all exceptional. The vibe & ambiance was absolutely incredible! Courtyards, different restaurants, decor, all amazing & very pleasing to the eye. Location was gorgeous & "central" to that old part of town. Felt very safe too. Unfortunately no free breakfast or coffee though. I would've preferred in-room fridges to be a bit larger & colder (not cold enough for food storage btw). Pool times could be longer in my opinion but the scene was gorgeous...overall, great experience!...best hotel experience I've! had

Wow! What a gem in the old quarters of Panama. Bryan and his Front Desk Team were most welcoming already prior to our arrival checking in on all arrangements, and assisting with a special request. Hospitality is in the DNA of this team. Food, Service and Amenities were all just amazing. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, it won’t disappoint. There’s a video in the hotel describing how the hotel has come together, and this Hotel is living history. Staff were amazing, property looks amazing and it has history integrated into its four walls.

Elegant and very well located. Its seems like a travel in the time, for the autenthic living of panama culture. Perfect to have a dinner / luch outside. Rooms very good and quiet ambience, its really interesting and confortable for a quick stay in the city. We travel with kids and worked.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent and service was very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The restaurants food and service were great. Location is so convenient to everything. Nazareth and Daniel G in the El Santuario restaurant were so friendly every morning. We will be back and highly recommend the hotel. So much great history.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location. Lovely room facing the peaceful courtyard. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked like a restful spot and provided sunscreen for guests. Food and beverages were all terrific. || Service was attentive, anything needed was delivered quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have stayed! The location is super. Just walk out and you are in the center of restaurants, shops and attractions. The ground is beautiful and there’s so much history in it. The rooms are tasteful, modern and very comfortable. Every one of the staffs is so helpful. Wilfredo was so kind to offered and arranged the hotel van to send us off when we checked off.
