I didn't stay here but I ate in one of its many restaurants - El Santuario - and what an absolute treat it was!
Possibly the best paella I've had anywhere in the world. The flavours... all complemented each other so well, and so intense. The cheesecake was also divine. Given everything the price was reasonable.
From what I experienced, the ambience of the entire hotel - reception, restaurants and grounds was spot on - lighting, music, soft furnishings, architecture etc. So beautifully preserved since its days as a C18th jesuit convent.
If the rooms are anything like its public areas / restaurants, then this place is a must!
