Stayed here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago on a trip through the city. The room was exactly what we needed - clean, well put together, very comfy bed, and comfortable private bathroom. We found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, and the location was nicely off the beaten path, but very close to the main center of town. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, 10/10 stay!

Very charming small hotel near central Bordeaux. This lovely hotel has a clean and somewhat minimal scandinavian vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Continental breakfast was exceptional - a wonderful array of fruits, yogurts, sweet breads, juice and coffee. We spent time speaking with the owner, who clearly is devoted to the hotel and its clients. He was helpful with suggestions about what to see, restaurant recommendations, and places to visit - all within walking distance. This attention to detail and personal attention made this a very special hotel stay. I would recommend and would stay again.

This is a small, somewhat quirky hotel, converted from an old building. The steps up to the first floor are old and somewhat precarious. The place is clean with excellent room service. The downside is the lack of room facilities, particularly storage space – only room to hang garments, causing us to live out of our suitcase. There is a safe, but no tea/coffee making facilities. The dining area is small and quiet, with a very acceptable continental breakfast. The front door is locked after 21:00, but it is possible to enter with a provided pass code and a contact number in case of difficulties.

We stumbled upon this beautiful boutique hotel after a terrible Airbnb experience. The owner/manager Ben was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. This boutique hotel has 16 recently renovated modern rooms. They are of adequate size for a short visit to Bordeaux. The service is excellent. There are a few private parking spaces on the premises and public parking in a lot approximately 100 m away. There is a nice interior courtyard to enjoy a glass of wine before heading out to dinner.|The hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street right on the edge of town, a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, attractions, and everything you need to enjoy beautiful Bordeaux. Ben is always around and helpful with any of the guest needs. Merci!

Great location in central Bordeaux city and located on a quiet street. Room was quite small but had everything we needed for a city break. Owner and staff very informative and helpful. Two flights of quite steep and narrow steps to our bedroom which was fine for us but maybe not so good for anyone with mobility issues. Only negative was the pretty basic breakfast so after 2 mornings we ate breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes.

Booked two rooms in this hotel for weekend away with friends. The location is fantastic so central we were able to walk everywhere .Benjamin on reception was so helpful to us with places to go and restaurants to eat, nothing was a problem, we had a great breakfast there in the morning. Rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. We just had a fantastic weekend..

The owner, Benjamin, was very gracious and helpful. He arranged our train tickets from Bordeaux back to Paris and arranged for taxi service as well which made our last day much less stressful. Breakfast was good; the best bread and croissant I had in France. The room was very clean, the products to wash with were high quality and the place was quiet. It is modern and chic and "real", as we say in the US. The location was great as well: it's in the Saint Seurin neighborhood which is central to everywhere and especially to the tram line which was cheap, fast and efficient (if crowded, because it works!) The closest restaurants including Ze and The Grand Cafe were reasonable and wonderful. There is a small market a couple hundred yards away as well as a laundromat. I recommend to people with any mobility issues to request one of two rooms on the first floor. While the rooms may be small, what room isn't in France that's under $500 Euro a night? I went to Amsterdam years ago (my first Europe trip) and remember calling the front desk whining" Isn't there a bigger room?" It still makes me laugh... The support staff was friendly, all spoke English and I can't say how gracious they were to us again. I highly recommend this hotel. We loved Bordeaux and will definitely go back if we can. Thank you Benjamin and staff for a wonderful stay and a feeling of comfort and caring.

Not worth it, its so much for repairs or should be much clean. In our room even basket for half full if trash from previous visitor. I’m traveling a lot, but it first time I have seen that “clean” room. We could not take a shower was not clean at all and toilet was also not in good condition…. Sorry to say, but it the worst hotel I have been at. ( especially for 270€). About elevator -there is not, but staff compensate that and helps you will luggage( thats why two stars I put for review). Its so noisy in the room, I can hear up neighbors how they just walking in the room… |I would not recommend this hotel.
