Not hot water, phone in the room isn’t working, receptionist is still telling me stories after an hour about the problem. They never fix it and probably they knew about this problem and never discloses it at time of showing me the room.

The junior suites of this hotel offer a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean. They are spacious and clean. However, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The television didn't work, the power went off and the breakfast was quite poor: coffee and two small bread rolls with butter and marmalade. We had to go somewhere else to get a proper breakfast. In conclusion: poor value for money.

Wonderful amenities with the terrace, pool and lobby. Fantastic location right on the boardwalk. We had a suite with a private balcony, so we could hear the ocean all night. The balcony off the room wasn't very big, so we spent extra time on the terrace or on the porch at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. ||||We were there for the Pacasmayo Race. This is a great property for families. The location is excellent. It would be easy to sit in the restaurant and be able to see your kids playing on the beach.

The hotel is located facing the ocean. It is located in a beautiful restored old house with high ceilings. I really admire people that restores old patrimony - well done! The food is good and people very kind. Having a beer in front of the beach was priceless. The rooms are average and I had not hot water at 6:30am.

The portions we’re huge. The food may not be of excellent quality but it was better than average. High ceilings provided much fresh air from the ocean. Very pleasant for lunch. Staff were very helpful and prices very reasonable.

This hotel looks incredibly nice when you enter the restaurant or are by the front desk. However, the rooms are incredibly outdated, the staff are absurdly rude and unhelpful, the rooms are unclean, and frankly this is not a 3 star hotel. The food at the restaurant is subpar. I highly suggest eating at some of the local restaurants like Cafe Cafe instead of subjecting yourself to the unclean slop they serve in the hotel's restaurant. I had 2 hairs in my fish and it took over an hour to even get my food. For how much you have to pay to stay here, the quality should be much higher. Stay elsewhere. The hotel's location is central but it also is quite loud at night. There are discotecs and concerts always blaring music nearby. I cannot stress this enough, spend your money elsewhere.

Place is modern (as opposed to wooden molded houses around), service is top and accommodations are good. Private or shared balconies is what you pay for between room prices, the rest is the same (you get warm water, cable tv, mini fridge in all of them. This hotel is in front of the ocean and in the town.

Free WiFi that actually works upper level pool this place is fantastic been to pacasmayo several times over the years like the other negative reviewer mentioned yes if you don't opt for one of the suits you would be best to stay elsewhere there are other hotels basic for around 20 soles between here and the faro hotel but that's another story we had the suit it was fantastic price was more than reasonable after all your on the best part of the boardwalk with an ocean view and three rooms so you can't beat it there it's no a.c. But right on the water you don't need it it was February so it doesn't get much hotter but the water was cold in the ocean just like in the winter so I will never suffer another summer trip the winter there it's much better I'm from Florida work outside in the 110 degree heat with 85% and above humidity so in not a snow bird that has never been in heat before.
