Hotel La Floresta

The hotel is very clean and the staff are attentive. Breakfast is sufficient, and there is plenty to eat. The location is good and close to town. The one thing that really is off-putting is we were woken every morning by the school next door playing music or gaberling on from 7.00am. It really is annoying and not what I want at a hotel.

Service staff went out of his way to get me clean laundry quickly. He also made sure I had hot water after a cold shower. Thank you

La Floresta is absolutely excellent. Not only the rooms but the restaurant for dinner & the breakfast were excellent too. The staff are super nice & speak English. They're very interested in helping & guiding us. The rooms, the beds & the showers are also very nice + the courtyard is 😍 The hotel even provides drinking water for their guests..I would come back any time..🤩🇨🇴😁👍

Very lovely hotel. In the center of town. Lots of street noise, but it stops at night.

We recently stayed at Hotel La Floresta Jan 1 - Jan 4, 2023. Our first time to stay at this hotel was in 2016. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we didn't care to stay at any other hotel on our latest trip to Baños. The suites are spacious, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is really clean, the courtyard it super cute and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The hotel/restaurant staff were also always super helpful, very friendly and were always smiling. Our absolute favorite hotel staff were Rocio (front desk lady) and Javier. They both were over the top AMAZING from helping us make the hotel reservation to helping us with amazing suggestions on restaurants, tours, nearby towns to visit, places to see, booking our transportation, etc. They made us feel very welcomed. This hotel also has a tour company in their lobby that can help inform or book tours for guests. The location for this hotel is awesome, you are in walking distance to everything.....souvenir stores, restaurants, bars, banks, cafes, thermal pools, the main square, etc. We look forward to staying at Hotel La Floresta again on our next trip to Baños and hope to see Rocio and Javier again!

Nice accommodations near the heart of the downtown, yet quiet. The front desk staff were quite helpful and welcoming, as was the tour desk. Our room was large and clean. Happy Hour was a great time to enjoy the various areas of the courtyard and meet other travellers.

Nice hotel, in a good location, near Banos center. Nice restaurant inside, serves reasonable breakfast and dinners. Short walking distance from Banos main square and cathedral. The hotel is built around a beautiful courtyard, full of vegitation and statues. Big and great looking rooms.
