This is a very nice boutique hotel, I honestly recommend. The accommodations were really nice, the pool was awesome, with both jacuzzi jets and a big one to imitate making laps , there was also a dry sauna and a humid one. The breakfast was also very good and full. Their restaurant for dinner is worth going. Honestly, I have only three actual downsides. 1 Our room smelled like microwaves brocolies. We are pretty sure it was the sewers. 2 The beds in our room were really hard ( that's a subjective dowside). 3 Our AC was clearly not having a good time. It was making those weird noises, not normal ac noises, more like about to die ac noises. Technically, all those downsides were only in our room. The second room the rest of my family slept in was perfectly fine. Just FYI, there is no elevator, but it should be expected from that type of hotel but It was my first time in europe and I was out of breath after hauling my suitcase up the flights of stairs

Loved the town of Bale and this hotel was central to many locations we wanted to visit in Istria. The breakfast was good. Our room faced the courtyard where the restaurant patrons sat so it could be noisy into the evening. Found the people to be aloof (but that's just the American in me). They are affiliated with a campground that has a private beach with parking and awesome bathrooms. Just get good directions before you go.

Everything was just great! Peacefull and quiet, but not boring… Beautiful clean and cosy rooms, kind staff, warm pool…excelent location for sightseeing small istrian towns around Bale. Breakfast on the terrace of the small street was just magical…Loved it!!

Everything was fine except Internet connection (slow/unavailable). The breakfast (coffee, fruits, cheese/salami...) is average. I would like to see better coffee and better fruit quality.||The rooms are nice, clean and air-conditioned.

It’s been our second visit to this hotel. First time it was 4 years ago and Februrary 2024 was our second visit. It’s remarkable how the hotel maintained high standards from years ago and managed to maintain it in all the relevant categories. Service and team working there outstanding. Food and kitchen team serving the most delicious and innovative dishes for full broad guests. Amenities such as welness area and hot tub which was part of our room made our stay a truly menorable experience. We have been “hooked” on our first visit and “bought” on our second and will be comming for more hopefully for long time in the future.

What an incredible hotel! The standard was very high. The room was lovely and the surrounding village was beautiful. The Spa was amazing!! A beautiful pool and lovely outdoor seating area where their are a number of sun loungers to relax on. This was certainly our highlight of our trip. We were very pleased as well to have made a reservation at the restaurant. The food was amazing! Seating was just perfect, whether in the hotel's inner square, or opposite the hotel with views of the village, there can be no complaints.

Ideally located in Istria. Only 20km from Pula and 19km from Rovinj. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Beds and pillows were very comfortable The air-conditioning was excellent as we stayed during one of Croatia's heatwaves. The average temperature over the week was 35oC. Would definitely stay again.

We had 5 (2 adults + 3 children) 2 nights in suite 209. The suite had 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, the 2nd bathroom is very small. So small that you have to sit diagonally on the toilet because there is no room for your knees. The shower has half a door because there is no more room and when that door is closed you are very close to the shower. The other bathroom is spacious.||The air conditioners in the room make a lot of noise but do not cool well. The slippers provided were broken after 1 run. The room was neat and clean. Excellent range of drinks provided in the minibar at affordable prices.||The indoor pool was great, the kids enjoyed it.||The breakfast buffet was fine, not a lot of choice but everything fresh.||The hotel also has a restaurant (Gault & Millaut), where we had a very good meal. The best potatoes ever! And price-quality more than okay.||You can use the public parking opposite the hotel free of charge. What was also well arranged is that with your card from your room you can also open the barrier of camping Mon Perin (5min drive) so that you can drive to the beach via the camping site.||The price for an overnight stay is on the high side.
