Hotel La Maison De Rhodes

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy. What highlighted the experience was that I booked a taxi for 7.50 for my way back to catch the train for 8.20 . But the taxi service got delayed and let me down. I let the staff know and they quickly called their manager who wasnt on shift to drop me. The manager agreed to pick me up and quickly turned up to pick me up and drop me off.the staff there are wonderful and if they didnt arrange a drop off I wouldnt have caught the train on time. The whole experience was wonderful

This hotel is charm personified. The buildings are centuries old, but the rooms are totally modern but remain as charming as the buildings themselves.|The owners, Julie and Kamil together with Laura are always available and proved to be very helpful. The rest of the staff could not do enough to make our stay a great experience.

We had a wonderful one night stay here on our way through France to Tuscany. The hotel is so beautiful, ancient and interesting. I couldn’t stop staring at everything!! So well preserved and looked after with stunning draping plants everywhere. Our room was spacious, sumptuous and the bed was SO comfortable. The staff were fun and smiley and very knowledgeable about the building and the food. The food was fabulous, prepared with such love and the champagne - needless to say was Devine!! Our border collie was also made very welcome with snacks from the chef delivered on a little plate to him at our table at breakfast, which was also an incredible meal, served beautifully. I would return in an instant!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is located along the historical Rue Linard Gonthier, right next door to the Cathedral. Parking is very limited, there are only six spots in front so you may end up in the underground public car park along Quai Dampierre, a short walk away.||Confusingly, the whole place consists of two hotels fused together with shared reception. Le Maison is on the right. There are creaking floors, wooden staircases and beams all over place, all adding to the character of the place. There is a tiny swimming pool, a large bath tub really at the back and it has only space for six sun- loungers.||Our Junior Suite was located on the first floor. The bedroom area was very spacious, middle part had tea and coffee-making facilities and some extra seating. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a huge wardrobe with hangers but otherwise storage space was quite limited.||TV had no English-speaking channels. WiFi signal was rather patchy.|The bathroom was of standard size, with a separate toilet. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.||We dined at the hotel, al fresco, in the courtyard. The food was delicious and the wine list more than adequate.||Breakfast was served in the courtyard on the other side. It was served to order and the hot dishes were very tasty.||The reception staff were just outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable and always with a ready smile they've made us very welcome at La Maison.

Excellent hotel in historic centre of Troyes. Clean and comfortable, and staff very friendly. Good amenities and parking available.

A fabulous characterful hotel in the old part of Troyes. We had a fabulous suite. Parking was a little tricky but we had pre-booked an EV charging spot that worked well. The cost includes the electricity. We had an evening meal that suited us well. The menu is limited and some of the food is bought in but it worked for us. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at La Maison de Rhodes. Kamil and Julie gave us such a warm and charming welcome—it’s clear this hotel is a true family gem.||The historical setting is stunning, beautifully decorated, with cozy areas perfect for unwinding. The swimming pool and picturesque garden, complete with a few inviting chairs, made for a lovely spot to relax.||We often drive through France from London to reach Geneva or the ski resorts, and this was such a delightful stopover. There’s so much to discover in Troyes—we can’t wait to return!
