Hotel La Malvasía

Marvellous staff and a beautiful setting unfortunately the electrics in our room in the new annexe needed attention. The fridge was hot having been placed in a space with no air circulating. Attractively furnished but I prefer the old hotel. Best thing about this place is the situation and the fabulous staff.

This ist just a beautiful place. The hotel is also nice and friendly. You just feel good and relaxed here. Just 1 hour from Sevilla away and you feel yourself in nature fare away from daily stress. There are a lot of activities in the region. And the people in the hotel are helping you to find the right thing.

I specifically chose this hotel because it stated that it accepted pets. However, only a week before my arrival, I found out that they only allow dogs up to 7 kg! My dog weighs 15 kg and has stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels across Europe without any issues. For some unknown reason, this hotel would not allow my 15 kg dog.

A bit hard to find but very nice. There is an older building and a newer one adjacent that I stayed in (though it is styled to match the old one and has a lovely small courtyard). Surprisingly, there was no coffee maker or hot water maker, which is my only complaint. Hotel faces the lagoon which is great for a stroll on the boardwalk. I would stay here again.

Their policy of accepting dogs up to 7kg is rediculous… especialy that they do not mention about it on booking.com or anywhere else. Huge disapointment. 5* hotels accept dogs these days.

The hotell is stunning. Really beautifull and also the rooms are very nice decorated. The staff at the reception was superfriendly and helpfull. The hotell is located close to the centre of the town but very quiet at night. We stayed during the week out of season and it was very quiet. Maybe too quiet because there was only a very little choice of restaurants. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, no fresh orange juice or egg. Most of the guests ate local ham for breakfast but there were very few vegetarian options, only one cheese. It was ok but not overwhelming for a four stars hotel. We also tried the pool at the roof, it had only 4 sunbeds but the view was spectacular.

Amazing location and quality at every turn. Decor in public rooms and our bedroom no. 24 all superb. Very modern technology and lots of charging stations etc.|Relaxing and great staff service.|If the other 2 group hotels are like this, we will try them!

Great rooms nicely decorated , good beds, nice restaurant, lake view, roof pool with lake view, nice patio, friendly staff which is sometimes quite busy, all in a great village with lots of sand :) and many hermandades, and a famous church.
