Great hotel, staff super friendly and really helpful. Location is outstanding as you are situated in the main pedestrian area. Parking also convenient. Breakfast ok. Rooms adequate, not luxurious but the bed is great

If location is everything, this spot is ideal! Breakfast on their rooftop deck overlooking the Lago Maggiore vista is spectacular, and you’re right in the heart of everything! Our room had NO view, which is misleading in ads. If you love to eat, the best chocolatier is adjacent to the hotel, and the best gelateria is also adjacent, but on the other side! Plus, Osteria Nostrano, the best restaurant, is literally steps away! The best help at the front desk is Simone. She guided us with the Ticino Pass (saved us a ton of money on transport), finding a nearby beach, and local festivals. Wait for her shift to ask questions, it’s worth it! This place is paradise♥️

Great place - hotel location is first class and could not be better - breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful.|Nothing a problem for Simone on the front desk; she was fantastic and very friendly and informative - she even came to the car, told me where to park and then carried my bag when I went off to park - could not het better than that. Great town matched by a great hotel with superb staff - thank you.

A lovely warm welcome on arrival, I treated myself to an overnight stay for my 50th with my son and our dog. There was a lovely dog bed and a bowl for her. A complimentary Prosecco with a lovely birthday wish. Perfectly clean room, most beautiful view from the balcony, the swimming pool and sauna amazing. Breakfast had all you needed. All staff amazing. Can definitely recommend.

We loved this hotel in Ascona. It has very attentive staff, they are very friendly, rooms are comfortable, there is a modern pool. Breakfast on the terrace was very nice. So it's really good value for money.

Found the hotel on Booking.com, they honored the price which was very reasonable and which included breakfast:) Simone and Jon on the front desk were very nice. The hotel is very clean, modern and quiet, has a wonderful breakfast selection, lovely terrace overlooking the promenade, we did not have a lake view but we could step out onto the terrace from our room. Very comfortable bed and Simone accommodated us with extra pillows:) |There is no parking on site but you can load and unload at the front door and a short walk to the overnight parking structure. Fee $15 a night for parking, cheap by Swiss standards! |We would definitely return here, it was 5stars for us:)
