Hôtel La Petite Couronne, Ecolodge & Lofts, Landes

Lovely stop off on way to Pyrenees. We received a warm, welcoming arrival and enjoyed a delightful breakfast overlooking the pool and gardens. We had a lovely view from our room. The rooms are quite basic but comfy bed, clean and have everything you need for a night’s stay. The restaurant opposite was an unexpected surprise addition!

Over priced for the quality in the middle of Chalosse! I got 2 rooms after Christmas, the reverse airflow never warmed up the rooms, my bed was squeaky and all of us thought mattresses & pillows need to be changed- we never saw the owner after check in despite my phone calls, no one answered - be aware that no restaurants are opened nearby on Sunday so a shared kitchen would have been a real plus ! This place is made to be opened in Summer when you spend most of your time outdoors

We enjoyed a tranquil stay in an eco-friendly estate set amid picturesque fields. The host Iwan truly caters to guests, and the restaurant—just a short walk from our room—offers an exceptional degustation menu not to be missed. The pool is a summer delight. Found through the online Guide MICHELIN, this gem fully deserves its recognition and visit !

this hotel is an excellent surprise, a little bit in the middle of nowhere in the Chalosse county in Landes. The concept is original, all environment friendly, while extremely comfortable and charming. The stay is excellent value, the bedroom is large with a great view, bed and linen are first rate, the breakfast is excellent, the swiming pool is big and beautiful, and it is extremely quiet and peacefull. The Dutch hosts are very nice, friendly, speaks French and English fluently, and they are very dedicated to making your stay memorable! In addiiton, the restaurant L'Auberge du Laurier across the small road is set in a beautiful house, very nicely decorated, and the meals are freshly prepared, with a large choice and a very refined cooking! We recommend this hotel and restaurant warmly, whether for one night or a longer stay, it is worth the "détour"!

Excellent peaceful, pleasant and comfortable hotel, in particular the rooms are very quiet at night. A small problem at check-in was swiftly resolved. ||The only negative point I encountered is the coffee machine does leave a rather distinct stale coffee smell nearby. To be cleaned more often?||The nice Laurier restaurant across the road is now part of the hotel.

A fantastic place to stay, the location and ambience was stunning, ....after a 4 hr 30 minute drive from the south of France we couldn't have arrived at a more perfect location. The owners Iwan and Nancy were perfect hosts during our 3 night stay, they helped with restaurant bookings and recommended places to visit, though to be fair we didn't stray too much from their hospitality. The room and terrace were extremely comfortable with stunning countryside views and the breakfast was first class especially Nancy's scrambled eggs.....enjoy. What made the stay most pleasurable was the friendliness of our hosts a charming couple.

Amazing 2 nights stay at this small family owned lodge. All is very modern, built with taste... you will feel in a modern place while enjoying Chalosse landscape. The owner is so friendly - take the time to discuss with her during the breakfast. She is amazing , a true example of entrepreneur ! Definitively a place I will come back during Summer time

Splendid spot in the countryside, very peaceful. Nice, modern and well-equipped rooms with great views. Value is also excellent. And warm welcome.||The very good restaurant Du Laurier just across the road is run separately from the hotel (separate bill), although the two do collaborate.||Absolutely to recommend and return to.
