The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Antibes and a 10 minute walk from train station so ideal for exploring. It’s also just a short walk from old town. There is some beautiful restaurants right beside the hotel.|Rooms were clean, so comfortable and shower was perfect.|Staff are really friendly and helpful with advice. We did have breakfast one morning and there is a great selection. |It’s also quiet. Our room was on second floor and we didn’t mind the stairs at all. We would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Place. Unfortunately, we only had one night before we had to fly back home. We wish we had planned more time. The room was comfortable. We had wine and cheese on our balcony in the evening. The bathroom was well appointed. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Delightful small hotel. Rooms were not large but very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices and even though they don't have a true restaurant they serve up delicious light meals on the terrace. The location is on the edge of old town but you can be anywhere after a 10 minute stroll with lots of window shopping on the way. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay leading to one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

A quaint little hotel in a good location. It's in close proximity to the bus/train station and old town. Our room was a decent size, shower was good. My only comment regarding the room is that they need to maybe air it out, as it had a bit of a  musty smell...so we slept with the window open. Also, walking up stairs (no lift) to the 3rd floor was a struggle, especially if you have large luggage.... but we took it as our gym workout!! The breakfast buffet was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice boutique hotel at the heart of Antibes. Perfect location for exploring the old town and a lot of small restaurants just meters away. We were at Provence/Cote d’azure road trip - recommended stop. Friendly staff too

Lovely little hotel, perfectly situated right next to the old town, bus stops, and 10 min walk to the train station. Great room, and lounge/bar area. And the staff were fantastic, a really lovely and friendly team and really helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

La Place could not be in a better location - it is only a 10/15 minute walk from the train station and is just on the edge of the old town, so only a short walk to loads of restaurants and to the harbour.|I had a lovely friendly welcome on arrival from a very helpful lady, and during my stay I found all the staff could not do enough to help, they were all lovely.|My room was spacious, and had a balcony, a lovely comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.|The only thing I would say is there is no lift, but the lady who welcomed me very kindly helped me with my bag. However at the end of a long day walking, having to climb up to the 3rd floor wasn't my favourite part of the day!|However I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Antibes.

Great location. Great breakfast. Super helpful and friendly staff. Great room. The only things you should be aware is: - there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us but if you're a person with reduced mobility this might be. - the wifi is one of those login with the browser so might not work on some laptops. - parking is 5 minutes away in a paid parking garage. Once again, thank you for the great stay!

Yelp
This hotel is centrally located and run by some of the nicest hoteliers I've met. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station and across from the bus station. The staff is eager to please and ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The first floor has a coffee bar and cafe (note that breakfast is not included). There are three floors of rooms, its funny because every review I've read says they stayed on the top floor, we did too. And yes - no elevator, but we needed to work off all the bread we were eating in France. The rooms are modern, very clean, and air conditioned. The bathroom is well sized and has heated towel bars. There is a phone, a safe, free wifi, and TV. In the morning, you awaken to not the sounds of buses as we feared, but church bells and birds. I highly recommend this hotel. It happens to also be a Rick Steve's pick.

Yelp
I stayed here recently. I visit Antibes often and I've eaten at the restaurant at La Place, but this was the first time I stayed at the hotel. It had all the standard comforts one expects and everything worked. There's free wi-fi, but unfortunately I didn't realize that I should have gotten the password when I signed in. There was very good continental breakfast in the restaurant, for hotel guests, even on days that the restaurant is closed. The service was very good. The most impressive thing was the condition of the room and restaurant, the choice of decor and the cleanliness of everything. It was stunningly beautiful and clean and in excellent taste.
