Three power cuts, no water, and a really bad attitude!
When that happened, the aircon reset to heating, really not ideal!
We first checked in to the hotel and my Mrs had a thirty minute debate with the receptionist about the room. 3 hotels in two weeks and they told us that booking.com got it wrong, although we had the policy emailed to us. They moved us to a more suited room. Sheets were dirty, sink was broken, no door opened or closed, including the cards to get us in the room.
First night it was 44 degrees and we had three power cuts. Second night we had no water. This isnt directly the hotels responsibility but the attitude, rolling eyes and walking away mid conversation dis not go down well.
Great location but for hotels, you have much better options.
