Hotel La Prairie

We loved our stay at Hotel La Prairie! It was such a cozy hotel and the guests and staff were all very friendly. In particular, we loved Iliyan - he helped us navigate how to rent skis (and have us different recommendations for shops to compare in the city) and also gave us lots of great suggestions for food to try at the hotel restaurant. If we ever return to Crans-Montana, we'll definitely stay here again!

A very quaint Swiss Hotel with a restaurant, a few minute's drive from the center of town. The hotel needs a little bit of updating, but it has charm and lots of history. The room was clean with a new bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed. The pool was not heated so we did not use it and there was no hot tub which would be nice in the winter months. Our room had a charming terrace/balcony with views of the Alps and garden. The hotel is run by three sisters who manage to keep it open the whole year around, not just for the ski season, but for summer hikers and bikers. We were surprised to discover that even in the slow season this hotel was fully booked and had a lively restaurant.

This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem. The hotel has a beautiful outside area with a pool, extremely friendly staff and a restaurant with the best fondue I've had in Switzerland. Every staff member was so accommodating. They have a shuttle service that will run you up to the town whenever you want. The room is a bit dated but it was really clean, comfortable beds and had a decent TV as well. Highly recommend staying here especially for the price in a ski resort in Switzerland. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse.

The hotel has a 60’s vibe and is ready for renovation. Swimming pool was freezing and the breakfast quite limited. However the staff more than makes up for this, they are very friendly. The whole place has a family atmosphere

We had a wonderful stay at La Prarie. The hotel itself is very picturesque, it has a swimming pool and lovely lawns to walk around. The food is superb! Try the fondue , penne arrabbiata , and practically everything on the menu !! The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful hotel set in the magnificent Swiss Alps!|Everything about the hotel was excellent, the food, the staff and the situation.|The hotel is designed in the classic Swiss chalet style with beautiful, spacious grounds. There is even a pool in the grounds.|Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice quaint hotel with very welcoming personnel. Definitely recommend! Plus one of the best breakfasts I’ve had!

We had another wonderful holiday. Every member of staff were delightful & incredibly helpful. Hotel is super clean, breakfast is excellent & has breathtaking views. Thank you and will definitely recommend to family & friends. Looking forward to our next visit in Aug 2023!
