I usually love staying at La Réserve and have always appreciated the high level of service and comfort. However, my recent stay was a bit disappointing.
We had to change rooms due to a strong sewage smell and plumbing noises, and the new room unfortunately had another issue — the bathroom light stayed on all night and couldn’t be turned off. This affected the overall comfort of the stay, which is not what I’ve come to expect from La Réserve.
In addition, I noticed that the pet fee has increased to €75, which seems quite high. In most resorts or 5-star hotels, pets are usually welcomed with a small bed, a blanket, and sometimes a little gift box — gestures that make a big difference.
I still have great affection for your hotel and hope these points can be addressed so that future stays live up to the usual standards of excellence that I value so much at La Réserve.
