I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel La Vigne de Ramatuelle! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making sure every detail was taken care of. The location is tranquil and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bedrooms were excellent—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It was a perfect escape, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to report a negative experience at this property.|We arrived with 2 small children and had booked the family room.| |Conclusion, website pictures are far from the real experience.|Some examples, property is listed as a hotel, but is at best a B&B. Limited to no options to eat & drink.|Everything feels outdated, and poorly maintained. Stairs and all wood need a coat of paint, show car at entrance has flat tires, around the pool you have loose stones & weeds, etc. Far from the impression you get from the website & booking pictures.|And as icing on the cake, ants were crawling in our room and on the bed.| |For an amount of 600 EUR per night we expected value for money.||In short, we feel robbed and strongly advise you not to book here.

Like others have commented, many issues with my stay here, which seem to continue after all of these years. The big dog, while friendly, walked into our room and slobbered all over our clothing. We had 4 rooms in total, almost 30% of the "resort" and we were reprimanded by the rude owner for having wine and cheese on the patio. She fought with us, and demanded that we return to the patio of the room to have wine and cheese. This forced us to squeeze 8 of us into 1 room to enjoy our aperitif. Unacceptable, especially at that rate. Rude owner, subpar cleanliness, and overpriced.

I could not remain still about this hotel. I want everyone know what's going on here. I start from the very beginning. My wife and I came to this house and saw a nice hall with white furniture and an administrator who did not speak English well. We asked about available rooms, the administrator said that the rooms are available, but you need to pay for them immediately and the full cost for the entire stay. Under the pressure of feelings and emotions, we paid 800 euros for two nights and after that the nightmare began. We were told that they could show the room no earlier than 3 pm, a huge dog ran out at us and stained my white shorts with his saliva. When we still managed to enter the room, we saw the following picture: Broken handles on cabinets, a broken toilet lid, a crack in the sink when I took a shower, then I had to stand knee-deep in water, as the water did not drain properly. I approached the administrator and made a claim, to which she said that this was normal and for them this was the norm. From myself, I will add that this hotel has been operating since 1992 and all they do is repaint the walls. It is impossible to sleep on the bed as the mattress is very old and soft... In the morning, when we came for breakfast, which costs 18 euros per person, we found a couple of tasteless biscuits and we decided to do just coffee (5 euros for 1 espresso). We expressed all the above claims to the hostess and asked to compensate for the cost of living for 2 nights, to which she shouted in anger that she would compensate for 1 night and kicked us out of her villa. We had to come to this facility 2 more times in order to return our money, since no one answered the calls, and the administrator basically spoke only in French, ignoring English. I will also add, this house boasts of its almost dried-up vineyard, and also offers people from the mini bar to drink homemade sour Wine for the price of a MINUTI (28 euros per bottle). Separately, I’ll say about the beaches: an extremely inconvenient location to nice beaches (Gigaro, Royal) you need to go along a winding, narrow road through the pass for at least 20 minutes, my wife vomited halfway. I do not recommend this old house to anyone, there is nothing around: shops, restaurants, good beaches.

This "hotel" is extremely run down and in desperate need of a renovation. It's dirty everywhere - my room felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned for years, has mold in the bathroom and is falling apart. The pool area is dilapidated and looks like a motel camping ground. I could not believe what they had the nerve to charge here for what they advertised as luxury. Perhaps when this hotel first opened many many years ago it might have looked like its website. Nobody has touched this place for years and its gross. STAY AWAY.

Shower broken ||Coffee machine was budget and didn’t work in room ||Hotel rooms were sub par and had front doors reclaimed from old council housing. The room was 2 star at best! The photos don’t show the hotel properly. ||||No phone in room to call reception for service. ||||It’s a disgrace and offensive they charge 400 euros + a night when this large hostel has only one thing going for it , being close to the la reserve. ||||No lunch is served and the service is shocking. There is a dog the size of a bear which roams the land and will knock over a small child. ||||No atmosphere or vibe … ||||This is a vineyard with some shabby building with sub par rooms on it… ||||I would urge anyone who is thinking of booking this hotel to look elsewhere!!!!!

Amazing welcome by an extremely friendly staff who have at heart to make your stay as cosy and warm as they can. Beautiful quiet rooms, very peaceful (and delicious thanks to Sophie’s exquisite taste) breakfast in the garden oberlooking wineyard. We strongly recommend! Thanks to all the staff.

The biggest rip off!!!!!! Do not stay here ever - it’s a bed and breakfast - the hotel is overpriced old tired and no staff/ no lunch / the coffee machine was broken and shower!!!! It’s a disgrace I demand my money back. The doors of the rooms are reclaimed from old council housing…. The huge dog nearly wiped out my two yr old daughter!!!! Disappointing is an understatement. This is at best a hostel and yes we are from the U.K.! it’s pure arrogance that they think they can charge this.
