We had a pleasant stay at Laam Hotel for one night. The room was comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. However, our experience took a negative turn when we discovered that the sealed medicine we entrusted to the staff lead by Violeta for refrigeration had been stolen over night.||Upon reporting the incident to the morning shift led by Patricia, she called the manager/owner, Anita, who expressed her regret and assured us that she would look into the matter. Unfortunately, her response felt rather dismissive, simply stating that it was "unfortunate."||While the hotel itself is nice, the lack of security and the inadequate handling of our complaint significantly marred our stay. We hope the management will take serious measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Not just saying oh dear we don’t have a camera in that area. It is worth pointing out that the fridge was under lock and key and only staff have access with key. 🤔

Nice hotel with big rooms, small beds that could be more comfortable with a blanket in wintertime. It was very cold. Friendly staff and I lived the free coffee, fruit and cookies in the morning on the patio.

We took a trip down to Cuernavaca during one of the busiest holidays in Mexico (Holy Week), the hotel is Ok, the swimming pool is not big, one could say it is on the small size and its not deep (probably like 1.7 m at the deepest part), sound seems to be an issue me and my wife stayed on the second floor on the side of the pool and didn't have much trouble with sound though there was a bit of noise, my sister and sister in law stayed on the third floor on one of the rooms facing the front of the hotel and they did mention that during the night there was a lot of noise coming from the street (parties). The room itself is quite simple, nothing to write home about, you get your bed a small size bathroom and a TV with cable, there is free WiFi in the hotel which is nice. The best thing the hotel has going for it is location, it is pretty much in the center of the city so you can walk to the cathedral and go shopping. Bottom line if you plan on being out a lot and don't want to be driving all the time this is a good place to stay.

My fiancee booked a room here because Im a fairly large person and require a Queen sized bed or larger. Our booking specifically said that we would receive a queen sized bed. We received a room with NO AIRCONDITIONING and a FULL/DOUBLE sized bed. When we brought this to the attention of the clerk at the front desk, he told me that it was indeed a queen sized bed. I argued with him for ten minutes and he had no interest in buding from that position. He must not be aware that mattress measurements are available on the internet, but he didnt seem to care either as he maintained that it was a queen sized bed after I measured it. I proceeded to remove the sheets from the bed and noticed that they dated the sheets and the waterproofing with magic marker from 2013 (gross), and also noticed that they CUT THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE TAG OFF. When I told them that they advertised a queen sized bed and I paid for one, I was told that all of the rooms are the same and that they have no other beds. When I told them I wanted a refund due to their fraudulent advertising, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get one until the next day. When I agreed to receive my refund the next day (you have to show up in person in the afternoon), the attendant proceeded to have a lengthy conversation over the phone, and he ultimately told me I had to pay a cancellation fee. These people are LIARS and CROOKS. Your hotel is noisy, with no sound proofing, NO AIRCONDITIONING, and most importantly to me NO QUEEN SIZED BEDS.

Don't think your reservation means anything at this hotel. My wife is from the area and we were staying here with her parents for a wedding. We got here at 2 and they said the room wouldn't be ready until. 5 (the wedding is at 5 so this is horrible). When her mother, who was originally told she could get a 1 PM check in, asked why the room wasn't ready at 3 (the normal check in time) they guy at the front desk, Alejandro, just said "if you don't want the room you don't have to take it". Most people want slightly better service than this at the hotel. If you do, seriously, skip this place. Yes it's not in the greatest shape. There's no sound proofing and it's noisy. But having someone tell my mother in law "take it or leave it" because they didn't meet the posted check in time by two hours? This is horrible.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean, comfortable and secure . No Restaurant Parking was gated and secure just what we were looking for. The hotel does have WiFi. Has a small pool and is close to the Zocolo.

This hotel is horrible. No sound proofing; I can hear people yelling at each other through the walls. No one here speaks English even though Cuernavaca is a tourist area. They cannot offer you extra pillows or a cot. (a king size bed only comes with two pillows). Bottom floor has huge windows facing a courtyard so that everyone may see you. Doors seem very unsafe; they are thin and difficult to open. TV is too high and hard to adjust.
