Hotel Ladera

This was a really pleasant place. Walking distance to town and it looks like the walking trail being built across the road will make a walk into town even more pleasant The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Lots of parking. The breakfast was a bit basic but with so many yummy eating places in town it did not really bother us.

Clean rooms, great staff (bi-lingual), restaurant is open fairly late & has good food & drinks. Close to town, but not too close so you can have some quiet time

The service here is fantastic! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. They will keep your room key while you are out. The laundry service is quick and affordable. The rooms are quite nice. Breakfast was very good. It is very close to the walk along the river and a short walk into town. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance from the restaurants and shop, yet very quiet. We had breakfast and it was fresh and delicious panamanian dishes. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and offer a beautifulview of the river and acces to the walking path along te river. . Worth every penny. Great place to stay in Boquete for your money.

This location is close to everything in walking distance you will for sure save money on taxi rides, although inexpensive it does add up quickly. I slept so well. The first day I landed my family was frantic because they haven't heard from me, I was completely cut off from service and they called all hotels I booked in Panama. They called Ladera and my cousin spoke to a kind woman Olga and was asking about me and if I have check-in. For privacy reasons (regardless family or not) she didn't disclose my info and to be honest, I am grateful for that to. When I did have access to wifi I let my family know I landed safely and my cousin told me she called everywhere and spoke to a kind woman at Ladera. Third day when I arrived Olga mentioned someone calling for me and worried. I communicated to her and my cousin and me and my cousin thanked her for making sure I was safe and arrived. My stay here has been lovely and convenient especially since I had a wedding to attend. The staff of women and security are so kind, attentive and very helpful and flexible in going above and beyond to assist. Thank you so much for welcoming me and taking care of me during my first time being in Panamá

Small hotel (only 20 rooms). Clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included in our rate, plus free Wifi. Close to the river, which recently had a riverwalk installed. Between hotel and river is road that appears to generate a decent amount of truck traffic, so it can be noisy at times. All that said, I would recommend this hotel!

Overall a very nice place and we'll be located. The room was great with a balcony, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the breakfast where I think the hotel could improve. Especially on the service side. If many people arrive for breakfast at the same time they can't keep up and there is not much room to accommodate everybody. We were a family with a baby and on the second day we had to wait to get seated, wait to get ustensiles, the breakfast buffet was empty, the kitchen did not keep up with the demand. There was no coffee basically everything was missing.
