A very clean room and bed. Good shower and high speed internet. What else to expect. Staying in Leuven for a weekend with friends? Don t look any further. Good breakfast and parking at 10€/day at walking distance

The hotel and service was quite fine, but I was disappointed by the lack of breakfast on the last day of my stay.

A low-cost small hotel. Good staff. Great breakfast. The rooms are very tight, so ok if you are not going to spend any time in them. Would be perfectly ok for a few night's business visit, if you are a heavy sleeper, however, it has poor sound insulation, both from outside street noise and internally between rooms. If like myself you are a light sleeper, then hearing the snoring of adjacent rooms meant a very disturbed night's sleep. I will not be using this hotel again due to the bad sound isolation of low frequencies.

Nice , tidy , clean and warm but small rooms.We really enjoyed staying.Also a bit far aday from bars its quiet.We liked location.

Decent room, great service, and not too far from the station... I'm not sure why but all the outlets in my room except one were under the beds, and reaching them required crawling under the beds... Other than that slight issue, no complaints.

Receptionst was very nice and friendly and the rooms are quite new and nicely done but extremely small. I've never had such a small room before, not even a small table to work on it. On top of that it is extremely noisy - noise from the hostel, other rooms and the street as the windows seem to be very poor quality and it sounds like they would be open all the time. Breakfast was small and basic, not bad though. The good thing is that there's free coffee, hot chocolate and tea until 20hrs. Location is great, very central and still close to the train station.
