The central location was very convenient. I was greeted by the charming staff. The room was pretty basic, and so was the breakfast. Freshly baked bread rolls in the morning. Very good coffee. Simple but okay. The common living room was a nice place to work.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the centre, historic sites and great restaurants. They have cozy lounge and patio, and overall it’s a well run place. Highly recommend! Perfect price quality.

A great place to stay in Leuven! The rooms are clean, comfy and airy for the fee you pay. The location is five star , 10 minutes away, walking from the train station and five minutes away from the Town Hall and market. Being tucked away on a lateral street, it offers a very private and quiet stay while being in the midst of the bustling city action. Personally, having had the chance to stay at the property for a week it was the perfect option to adapt a quiet, discreet lifestyle to the city`s culture whilst making lifelong friends. The staff is youthful, very friendly and helpful. It really felt like staying at a friend`s place! I hope you will enjoy your stay too :)

It’s really really hard to find the parking lot if you don’t be careful. The soundproofing is really bad. I can hear people walking outside in the room. Also if you don’t come before 8 pm , you will easily be locked outside. …. That’s all

A very clean room and bed. Good shower and high speed internet. What else to expect. Staying in Leuven for a weekend with friends? Don t look any further. Good breakfast and parking at 10€/day at walking distance

A low-cost small hotel. Good staff. Great breakfast. The rooms are very tight, so ok if you are not going to spend any time in them. Would be perfectly ok for a few night's business visit, if you are a heavy sleeper, however, it has poor sound insulation, both from outside street noise and internally between rooms. If like myself you are a light sleeper, then hearing the snoring of adjacent rooms meant a very disturbed night's sleep. I will not be using this hotel again due to the bad sound isolation of low frequencies.

I read a few reviews about this place before staying here so I knew the rooms were small. I had a nice stay, the room was fine, comfortable bed, nice shower, double glazed and reasonably quiet. I was woken a couple of tume by outside noise but nothing major.|Breakfast was also nice, continental. The location was good, 5 mins walk from station and town centre. I was visiting for football and this was perfect for just one night. Would stay here again.
