Great location, and breakfast. Beautiful view over the lake.

Elevator was being installed. The noise sucked. Despite the noise, they still charged me 100 to stay an extra hour until noon for checkout. There is no personnel to carry your bag across the dirt road to the bus stop. Other than that decent for Bolivia.

We couldn't be happier. Service was great. Location is just in the lakefront a block from the main avenue. Our room had a gorgeous view and a small deck. All is clean and warm (due to the high altitude weather is iften cold) breakfast was some of the best we had around (and we tried hotel breakfasts on many hotels in the three biggest cities of this country)

Rooms very nice, beds lovely. Wonderful location overlooking the lakeside. Our visit was made extra special by Jocelyn working in reception who made us feel very welcome! WiFi a bit sketchey, and hot water a bit slow. However, nice enough breakfast.

Nice lake titcaca views. Our room was spacious with a big balcony overlooking Lake Titicaca. The staff are friendly and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was nice, you get a small plate of scrambled eggs each plus continental breakfast buffet. The only bad thing is our bathroom had a very strong smell unfortunately. They accept credit cards for payment. We also were able to book our bus ticket to La Paz here for 30Bolivian dollars per person

Lago Azul has the most beautiful view of the lake. We paid more for a lake facing room and it was worth it! The breakfast was great too with lots of choice and eggs how you like. Nice comfortable beds and wonderfully friendly staff.||There was however horrific smells coming from the drains and the bathrooms in general were very outdated. No hot water until 8pm at night which was difficult because the hotel is very cold. ||Overall, not a bad stay but I think you could could get more value for money elsewhere?

The location of Hotel Lago Azul is great with the balconies facing the lake and providing amazing views. At the high altitude it sometimes took a whlie to get up the stairs to the front door and then more stairs (no elevators here) to get to our room. Each floor had it's own sitting area with couches and coffee tables which was a nice relaxing spot for conversation at the end of a busy day. The lobby/restaurant were lovely and also faced the lake for the views. ||||We had a big size room with a queen bed, a cupboard for clothes and bathroom with a shower stall. There was always hot water and the toilet worked well. The bed was very comfortable but the room got a bit cold in the night. There was a portable heater in the room that we plugged in for extra warmth prior to sleeping and that did the trick to take the chill off. ||||Breakfast was included and there was a really good variety of fruits, breads, juices, coffee, tea and cooked to order eggs! For lunches and dinners, just a couple blocks from the hotel, there were all kinds of restaurants! Also, along the beach a five minute walk there were many food places that had fresh trout from the lake. The shops were close by as well. ||||Staff at the front desk were very friendly and most helpful. On their recommendation we took a boat tour to explore Sun and Moon Islands for a day which turned out great! We had a very good visit in Copacabana and staying at this hotel was most enjoyable!

Excellent service for the price! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and there is plenty of hot water in the showers. To top it all, the breakfast buffet is comparable to much more expensive hotels. A plus is the view over the lake and the quietness of the area.
