I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Not only was it exceptionally nice, with amazing views, but all of the staff were so kind. They truly went above and beyond for us. When my wife wasn't feeling well and having a hard time eating she mentioned that the only thing that sounded good was chicken soup. The staff made her a custom, homemade, off-menu chicken broth soup with vegetables. The next day they called us specially to make sure we wanted breakfast before they put it away when we overslept. I am truly so appreciative of how they treated us. Highly recommend this resort.

The location is very exclusive and provides great view and advantage of getting out to the nature early and not travelling back and forth around 3-hour drive to the city. The location is very beautiful and well kept. All the staff were very nice, attentive, spoke good English and helpful with all questions and requests. In winter the rooms were very warm (we even had to lower the heating) including the bathroom that had heated floor and good pressure of hot water. The rooms also were very clean and comfortable with great view to the lake. The food in the restaurant was good with small portions as we like, but for some it could be too small though. The road to the hotel was much better than we expected, in some places just paved without the asphalt, but without big potholes or anything difficult. The parking is big, though it is far from the rooms and the reception, but there is a phone to call for assistance with the luggage. The guys working at the desk with tours were also very helpful. Overall we were happy with the stay and would recommend and come back again!||The WIFI works only in the lobby and the restaurant. We knew about it still we hope the management will look into an option of more affordable (starlink) connectivity to make available in the rooms too. The prices of the hotel are on higher end, but that is what the exclusivity means. The restaurant was also rather expensive, but due to the remoteness of the place and lack of any other options inside the park it was convenient. We bought some snacks and water in the city before we left so we could have some in the room, but beware the room does not have a fridge. The communication before arrival could be better as we were not getting answers to our questions, but could find on our own.

A marvellous Property! Just impeccable.||The property itself is located at the edge of the lake Largo Gray, with iconic views of the Torre del paine and a glacier falling into the lake. The walk from the hotel up to the edge of the lake is the closest I have felt to Mother Nature. ||All the staff, of this property are courteous and genuinely trying to help. Special remarks for the restaurant team led by Aaron they were courteous, kind and made every meal a joy. ||The restaurant menu was simple and exceptionally cooked. The salmon, the conker, the home-made ice creams, the vegan brownie, the ceviche everything was done well and the same quality was repeated when ordered multiple times.||The rooms are located on two floors. We had the room on second floor with direct view to the lake and torre del paine. It was serene and peaceful.||We visited in winters when the occupancy was low and as such, it was like a Christmas wonderland.||We will absolutely visit again, hopefully with friends and family.||Ps- the glacier cruise by itself is quite nice a short ride into the lake to see the glacier the boat team are professionals through and through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lago Grey. The views were phenomenal and the rooms were so cozy and welcoming. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is such a treat on the chilly mornings. A special mention to the staff - especially Juan Vicente, Carla & Daniela. It was my husband’s birthday while here and they made him feel so special. They were so kind and went above and beyond for him to have one of the most memorable birthdays ever. I would highly recommend Hotel Lago Grey. PS - you do need park passes as the hotel is in the park make sure you have yours purchased.

We had a great experience at Lago Grey Hotel. Their staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was such a pleasure to interact with everyone who works there. We did the Base del Torres trek, and it was so well organised! They provided all the necessary equipment, and our guide, Joaquin, was absolutely amazing. The location and views are wonderful - I really hope to return someday! ❤️

Execellent Lovely Lagos Grey Hotel within Tremendous Torres del Paine National Park in all its awesome glory. The buildings look simple but the interior decor is very comfortable and contemporary. The toilet floor is heated and enjoyed the toiletries which are beautifully scented. The food at their restaurant is also delicious and well executed. Highly recommended hotel which I will love to return back to. Try to get a room with a lovely lake view. The staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Very accommodating for my wife and 18 month old. Set up a pack and play in the room for us, Claudio made sure to offer sugar free options at breakfast each morning for our daughter and made her an omelette when there weren’t eggs ready. We didn’t plan our trip well and the boat trip was full, but the activity concierge was very kind and offered great insight on hikes and things to do outside of the glacier. Everyone on staff was very kind and baby friendly, we felt very welcome.

We had a magical stay at Hotel Lago Grey. It was off-peak season and nice and quiet. The service was excellent, even going above and beyond to help me recover a lost item. The restaurant was exceptional with delicious food and drinks. If youstay here, breakfast is included with the room as there is no where else to eat. Thankful it was delicious and well thought out. The rooms are stunning and also very practical with heated floors for the cold climate. The hotel could do with some simple upgrades, including securing the slippery state of the outside footpath to get to the rooms which can freeze over. Transport to and from the carpark for people with kids or people with special needs would also go a long way. The hotel could also provide more information regarding park entry fees and off-peak service changes like the inavailability of the catamaran. Some small improvements to what is a wonderful stay.

Yelp
Highlights 1. The FRIENDLIEST staff 2. Gluten-Free options 3. Amazing views We were lucky enough to spend one night at Hotel Lago Grey before starting the W Trek hike through Patagonia and I can't recommend it enough! We arrived early (before 12pm) and though our room wasn't ready yet (check in isn't until 3pm), the staff provided us with a welcome drink that we enjoyed while our room was prepared. Our room was ready within 30 minutes which was amazing! The rooms are cute, quaint, clean and just what I would expect in Patagonia. All rooms are accessed from the outside so you do need to go outside to get to the lodge/bar. This was totally fine with us as we came to Patagonia to be outside. The views of Lago Grey from the restaurant and bar are UNMATCHED. Hotel guests are given priority to the seats right next to the window (best view), which as hotel guests we appreciated. Wi-Fi works best from the lodge/bar/restaurant but we were able to periodically access from our room as well. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel offered gluten-free bread which we enjoyed at lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day. We had the 3 courses pre fixe lunch our first day, the a la carte dinner and then breakfast buffet before we left. We thought all the food was great! This hotel was a convenient starting place for the W Trek as the boat ride across Lago Grey can be arranged from the hotel lobby. Highly recommend to travelers starting (or ending) the W Trek as well as travelers who wish to have a base hotel for Patagonia excursions.

Yelp
Very nice hotel in the middle of Torres del Paine! Amazing view of glacier from the dining room/bar with floor to ceiling windows. WiFi actually does work in the rooms which is nice. There is a safe in the rooms. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included and they will serve you the coffee. First morning it was a little confusing trying to get a coffee to take back to my room. Only suggestions would be water bottles included with the room and a mini fridge in the room as well.

Yelp
If you are coming here to dine-in, they charge you for WiFi. $3000 peso an hour for one device which is $4 an hour. The place is located inside the park but down a long road with many many many potholes. The parking lot is small with many big pot holes. The bar area gets really crowded especially when it is rainy outside. The receptionist is decent, not friendly. The place is really clean and the eating areas has huge windows.
