Hotel Laguna Nivaria

Lovely hotel right at the heart of Laguna on one of the main plazas. Interior surrounds of polished wood in traditional Spanish style. Our room was spacious with small kitchen area. Very comfortable bed . The staff all very friendly and helpful. I’m pretty sure we will be back

Beautiful Hotel and great location. Breakfast Buffet has a wide selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Good bread… the only thing was the scrambled eggs which did not taste like eggs at all. But that is minimal, compared to the great selection of cheese and many other pastries. Really good. Tha lady receptionist which is not spanish is very sympathic as well as the young man. Rooms are huge and have everything you need. Just no coffee maschine. Will definitely come back. Location is also in the old town.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a walking trip in the island. Spacious room, good facilities, decent buffet breakfast, good bar and dinner served was good. Excellent location at centre of town and nearby to several cafes, bars/restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, we just had a cup of coffee, but it was very good. Very attendent and polite staff.

If you can afford it, this is the place to stay in old capital of Tenerife. Ambiance is amazing, your pictures will end up great. Rooms are very spacious, and main beds are comfortable. Great location to stroll around the town, near all the important transit stops. Restaurant is great, however, it is a la carte. Take that into account if you got used to buffet type that is usual in bigger hotels. Staff is helpful and very polite. Power outlets are not in the best location though. If you need extra bed, I won't recommend staying long - it is decidedly hurtful to the back.

We stayed at the hotel for Christmas just gone and loved our stay.||Our suite was beautiful and had an old feel but was air conditioned and excellently kept.||Staff were also attentive and helpful at all times.||Our only complaint would be to the tour operator Agoda who did not inform us that there was a €15 daily surcharge per person (there were two of us on the stay) to use the spa facilities that we very much enjoyed. ||The facilities were a big reason for us in booking the hotel so to learn of the charge after we arrived was disappointing. ||We contacted Agoda customer services by phone and they accepted that they had not mentioned this on their website but were informed by the hotel’s parent company that these charges are present on booking.com.||We found this to be a poor excuse as it is not our responsibility to check other service providers before booking a hotel. If one operator informs you a charge exists another operator may not as the service is included in the deal that they are offering.||All in all we felt mislead and will not be using Agoda in future.
