Hotel Lalov egrek

Spent three days at this hotel, and had a great time. Very friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable lunches, and a good pool for swimming and chilling. Big plus for a ‘private’ and secluded beach just 100 meters away, and a dive center attached to it. The dive style runs though the entire hotel w/ cool graphics on the wall, and a see-through divers pool. We went diving in the Black Sea, very nice. If You plan to spend several days here would perhaps recommend having a Rental car, as there are plenty more restaurants and shops in Lozenets village.

Incredible place! Despite a hurricane, the staff served us hot meals on gas stoves, showcasing their dedication. The manager's warmth and the breathtaking Black Sea view make it a must-visit.

The best place for diving lessons in a swim with instructor. The hotel is very clean, rooms ate comfortable and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food. There is a small beach a few meters from the hotel.

Good and friendly service at the reception. Big rooms with a nice view either on the mountain or see. Good bed sheets. Big pool and a really nice secluded beach near the hotel. You have to take stairs to the beach, but it is takes 5 minutes. Good wifi if you are near router. ||Breakfast was not so good if you are vegetarian. The restaurant at the hotel wasnt any good at all, some of the food was frozen and prepared just there. Though omelet was fresh. Diving centre is just near and if you snorkel you can see a lot of fish just near the shore. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

We stayed for about a week in this hotel at the Black-Sea coast and loved it.||The beautiful swimming pool, with a separate diving-pool, and the quiet location were great. The area (although not very well-known to Western tourists) is close to the border with Turkey and has a lot to be discovered.||||The staff of the hotel are very friendly and kind. The hotel is managed by a group of young people who do not speak English (or German, or French) very well, but that was no problem at all. The rooms are nice and we had a balcony overlooking the pool ánd the Black Sea.||||In the area you will find more (bigger) hotels and resorts, with a lot of amusement (fire-works, etc.), but this one is really quit and has a great atmosphere.||||The big advantage of this hotel is the diving-centre. You can learn to dive in the diving-pool and make your first (or more) dive(s) in the black sea. Close to the hotel (a short drive to Sozopol) there are two wrecks and South of the hotel there is a small beach with nice walls.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! We made a reservation with Booking.com where we saw photos of the place that are not up to date. Very poor service on their side as well. The hotel now is not properly maintained and it’s basically falling apart. One of the pools was out of order. Many of the tiles from the walls of the building were fallen. It was dirty in the rooms and it smelled bad. The staff are not qualified for the job. We paid our reservation beforehand but at the reception they asked us to pay again, making excuses that there was something wrong with the software they’re using. At the end we could not even stay there for the night. We just packed our bags and left. Sadly we lost all our money. Don’t make our mistake and stay away from this place!

The hotel is horrible. There is no water until noon time at all. They don't have staff and the restaurant of the hotel is working only in the morning. The breakfast goes beyond any bad expectation. The air conditioning is not working neither. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty and nobody will clean them during your stay. Changing the towels is the only service you will receive. There is a person in the reception only 1-2 hours per day. The price is totally unacceptable for such a service. I don't recommend to anyone.

Great gem of a place! Very peaceful with a private beach, swimming pool is great. Highly recommended!
