Everything was perfect. Strongly recommending. Big & elegant room with a balcony facing Dolomites. Parking, amazing pool on the roof and excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Hotel is located in the center of the village.

The hotel is located in the central part of the town. Our room was very nice with a small balcony and a view of the mountains. There was a spa located on the top floor with an outdoor hot tub (unfortunately it was not very hot). The restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast buffet.

A great experience overall. Rooms are modern and stylish, with lots of storage space and useful details like the toilet and shower in 2 separate rooms. There is no AC, but you won't need it unless there's a serious heat wave: it gets reasonably cool at night in the mountains. The half-board program deserves a special mention: for 25 euros per person day, you can get dinner at the hotel, as long as you're a guest and you agree to the plan for the entire length of your stay. This is an amazing deal. For the 4 nights we stayed here, the food was consistently excellent, and often surprising and creative. The 5-course meals we were served would easily go for $100+ per person in America.

The hotel is in centre. Very nice rooms and halls and easting area. But there is church rigth next to it. It is very very very loud.

We stayed at Hotel Lamm with another couple as a 2|Night get away and enjoyed the hotel and surrounds immensely. The hotel is quietly sophisticated… the dining room staff was excellent and the food very nice. LOVED the indoor rooftop pool with movable roof which looks at the clock tower. Beautiful design and the spa area sublime. ||Your front desk staff includes a woman Angelica who went out of her way to help us with hiking direction, stretching classes and everything else that we needed. They were ALL excellent !! ||This, is a wonderful hotel centrally located that we will return to in the future. Can’t go wrong here. ||Thank You to the staff and Management for a very lovely stay.

The food in this hotel is just amazing. We could not believe we were on half board in 4* hotel, it felt like Michelin star restaurant every evening. Design of the hotel is very tasteful, rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable. On top of everything the personnel in the hotel is so friendly and well trained and they really help to make your stay extraordinary . Thank you Gianluca, Bruno, Peter, Alessio, Angie, Fabio and everyone else to make our stay so special. We will be back!

First, Castelrotto is a charming little town with easy bus connections. We were welcomed warmly in the reception, check in was quick and easy. We stayed in the Schlern suite room, it was amazing. Great view from the balcony, hot sauna, large room and was perfectly clean. Fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The spa and pool were very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was great, so many choices, fresh and tasty. We did the half board option too and that was the most surprising, we did not expect so many choices and beautiful presentation. Check out was seamless.||||Just one comment, I wish we would've known that breakfast did not begin until 7:30. I had booked a snowshoe guide in Ortisei at 9 one morning, so we didn't have much time that morning.
