Hotel Landmark Fort

Rooms give the positive vibes with all the lights and perfect adjustments. Though there is always an issue with ACs and water knobs. The worst part is they don't listen up things. Services sucks. It's good for a day or two but certainly not good for business trips. The buffet and in house menu are quite good though. Edit : they've frequent power cuts plus water supply cuts. Not recommended.

I have been coming to The Landmark hotel for the last tweyears with my work. It used to be quite basic, but over the years it has modernised and is now really nice. Very central, only 5 min cab ride from all the popular spots in Colaba. Everyone of the staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. I would recommend Landmark hotel without hesitation.

The hotel staff is not at all kind and helpful. I didn’t like their service at all. A decent woman asked for their help out of emergency. They didn’t allow her to use the common washroom space. She kept on requesting and also mentioned about the Indian law where no restaurant would or hotel can deny a women to use a washroom in case of emergency or a women problem. It’s ridiculous of them. Being into hospitality industry they were not at all hospitile and kind. I will never recommend such places to stay

It was a nice experience in this hotel except the washrooms. That can be better as per the price they charge

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Landmark Fort Mumbai! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop restaurant was a highlight. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Room is very very small and the bed cannot accomodate 3 as promised . Room is renovated so expect hygiene , cleanliness .Location is very approporiate for tourists as itsa a short ride to gateway of india , marine drive and crawford mkt. VT is also a stone throwaway distance.||breakfast is good and the service was fast .

Good hotel at prime location. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included with room teriff and taste was okay. In room service is also available for food. Marine drive is just 2km away from this hotel. Overall good hotel considering price and location.

I am a regular customer for last 04 years plus. Staffs are friendly, service is good rooms are near and clean. Wify and complementary breakfast is good. The recent renovation of 1st and 2nd floor adds value to the hotel.
