Excellent location and rooms. Food is not upto mark. The ice cream shake had no ice cream and was very thin. Service was prompt. No hot water was available. Overall good

Location is very good. Just near to GPO. Walkable distance from railway station. Lot of eatry nearby. Gateway of India is approx 2 km away.

Rooms give the positive vibes with all the lights and perfect adjustments. Though there are some issues with services, but still I would recommend. The staff is friendly. Also, the in house buffet is tasty and healthy. Loved staying here.

The hotel staff is not at all kind and helpful. I didn’t like their service at all. A decent woman asked for their help out of emergency. They didn’t allow her to use the common washroom space. She kept on requesting and also mentioned about the Indian law where no restaurant would or hotel can deny a women to use a washroom in case of emergency or a women problem. It’s ridiculous of them. Being into hospitality industry they were not at all hospitile and kind. I will never recommend such places to stay

I have been coming to The Landmark hotel for the last tweyears with my work. It used to be quite basic, but over the years it has modernised and is now really nice. Very central, only 5 min cab ride from all the popular spots in Colaba. Everyone of the staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. I would recommend Landmark hotel without hesitation.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Landmark Fort Mumbai! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop restaurant was a highlight. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I am a regular customer for last 04 years plus. Staffs are friendly, service is good rooms are near and clean. Wify and complementary breakfast is good. The recent renovation of 1st and 2nd floor adds value to the hotel.
