Hôtel L'Arboisie

I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by three staff members: the bellboy with long hair, the receptionist with dark hair, and the tall guy at the night reception. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but they truly stood out.||The hotel is nice and beautiful, but there were a few issues. The valet service took way too long, even though we requested the car in advance. Communication between departments could also be improved; I had an issue with dry cleaning where no one knew about my request, and my clothes were returned wet on my departure day without any follow-up.||We also had trouble with the TV casting system. The only solution we found was taking an Apple TV from the cinema and returning it every morning, rather than being offered to keep it for the inconvenience.||Lastly, the manager's phone call with my wife was unprofessional when informing her that we could no longer use the Apple TV without offering a solution, showing zero empathy. This left a negative impression.

Gorgeous and romantic hotel a bit on the mountain , food was amazing! Specialy the restaurant in the evening , they have an amazing smoky borger, and the Red from bordeaux, wow! Service very good! They even upgraded our room to suite without any reason, we had amazing views and specious room. The hotel location is a bit far from the village so they have all the time cars that go back and forward so it very comfortable but better to rent a car. The spa was not bad and sweeming pool was pretty warm. Breakfast nor bad at all, and amazing views with the snow just incredible. All the deign of the hotel for my opnion just so warm and beautifull. Well done!! The only remark I have is that even that the crew (in kitchen) was super nice, they don't speak English so well, and looks a bit not the most Profesional. But besides of this all was just AMAZING! And we are not the people who are easly pleased.. :)

Amazing location with mountain views, the staff was very friendly, big room with balcony. The restaurant is amazing. And on top it is dog friendly. This is a place I want to go back.

We recently stayed in Megeve at L'Arboisie before and after our Tour du Mont Blanc hike - we had a fantastic experience and wish to sincerely thank all of the staff who made our stay so special. The hotel is situated above the beautiful town of Megeve, which has plenty to keep you occupied for a few days. The hotel itself was well kept and welcoming, with a lovely indoor spa and restaurant. We felt welcomed by all of the staff, from housekeeping, to reception (who were also brilliant with concierge requests!), to the restaurant and bar teams. My wife and I brought our three young children for a week and loved it. Overlooking Megeve with a shuttle to.the slopes, crepes and fondue galore, what more could a man ask for? theyve also got a great undoor pool.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful people (staff). Management attentive and caring. Shuttle service to and from the villlage, fabulous. Drivers (Carlos) very thoughtful and great man. Rooms serviced every day (including Christmas Day). Lovely people undertaking the servicing and thorough. Great indoor clean pool and hot tub. Our only negative is that the amount of dogs were allowed, anywhere including the restaurant. Could not fault otherwise. Regards Graeme & Rosalind (New Zealand)

Cozy and warm Amazing service . Friendly staff specifically “mile and bilal “ makes our trip amazing , - there is a shuttle drops in downtown and ski slopes every 10 min -nice restaurant near by the lobby . Thank you chef -should work on breakfast buffet it is so soooo limited. - we keeps asking for plugs to charge our phones for few days , with no luck . i totally understand there’s customers they don’t return hotel’s plugs back and took it with them which cost the hotel , but there is other solutions as a hotel hosting a international customers they should change to international plugs outlets
