A wonderful hotel in every way. The warm welcome and kindness of all the staff were noticeable from the moment we arrived. The service was professional, fast, and made us feel truly comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. A very lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel in 2026. As other reviews have mentioned, the shuttle service is extremely unreliable. Had to wait up to 1 hour for the shuttle to arrive. Everything is fairly mediocre - rooms are a but scuffed, SPA is very basic, the sauna barely produces any heat and is very poorly thermally isolated. When we were leaving the hotel, 3 staff members were at the entrance and none of them offered help with the luggage - they all jumped to help some person who has arrived on an expensive car. I don’t understand why the needed 3 people to service a single new arrival and not even 1 of them could offer assistance. Food at the restaurant was not good either. Overall, does not justify the price, the 4 stars and the 4.5 rating on Google maps

This hotel is absolutely exquisit. The staff was perfectly responsive and kind to any request, the restaurant is delightfull, the spa is a gem, the location is quiet and convenient, just e faw minutes form the village and the sky sloap, easy to reach with the hotel vans. I highly recommand for families and friends.

We had a confirmed reservation at this hotel, but unfortunately we were involved in an accident and informed them one month in advance that we would not be able to travel. We politely asked to change the dates of our stay, but the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or understanding of the situation. This attitude is truly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism toward guests. Very disappointing experience — we will definitely not be returning or recommending this hotel.

We very much loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Very kind service, great breakfast, wonderful rooms and even a regular transfer to the center of Megeve without cost. We will come again!

Seriously one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Very clean and quiet and the stuff very friendly and welcoming, and the care about details there goal to make you happy and comfortable. They are also kids friendly the have a wonderful kids club and nice swimming pool. We booked family suit with balcony the room very spacious and beautiful and the view unforgettable. In conclusion the made our stay unforgettable.

I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by three staff members: the bellboy with long hair, the receptionist with dark hair, and the tall guy at the night reception. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but they truly stood out.||The hotel is nice and beautiful, but there were a few issues. The valet service took way too long, even though we requested the car in advance. Communication between departments could also be improved; I had an issue with dry cleaning where no one knew about my request, and my clothes were returned wet on my departure day without any follow-up.||We also had trouble with the TV casting system. The only solution we found was taking an Apple TV from the cinema and returning it every morning, rather than being offered to keep it for the inconvenience.||Lastly, the manager's phone call with my wife was unprofessional when informing her that we could no longer use the Apple TV without offering a solution, showing zero empathy. This left a negative impression.
