Hôtel L'Arboisie

Seriously one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Very clean and quiet and the stuff very friendly and welcoming, and the care about details there goal to make you happy and comfortable. They are also kids friendly the have a wonderful kids club and nice swimming pool. We booked family suit with balcony the room very spacious and beautiful and the view unforgettable. In conclusion the made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed in the summer & it was an all around wonderful experience. The room was a spacious suite & has a nice balcony overlooking the town and mountains. The buffet breakfast & spa/pool area were standouts. We look forward to returning in the winter.

Old hotel which was nicely renovated. The location above the village offers fine views and is very calm atmosphere. Access in the winter, under snowy conditions, may be difficult but the hotel offers a shuttle service. A special mention to the reception employees for their friendliness and professionalism. .

I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by three staff members: the bellboy with long hair, the receptionist with dark hair, and the tall guy at the night reception. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but they truly stood out.||The hotel is nice and beautiful, but there were a few issues. The valet service took way too long, even though we requested the car in advance. Communication between departments could also be improved; I had an issue with dry cleaning where no one knew about my request, and my clothes were returned wet on my departure day without any follow-up.||We also had trouble with the TV casting system. The only solution we found was taking an Apple TV from the cinema and returning it every morning, rather than being offered to keep it for the inconvenience.||Lastly, the manager's phone call with my wife was unprofessional when informing her that we could no longer use the Apple TV without offering a solution, showing zero empathy. This left a negative impression.

In a sentence; Hotel L'arboise is amazing. A beautiful location with stunning views. The town of Megeve is a gem in the alps. The alps are beautiful as they are and Megeve is the perfect place to chill and relax as well as go on beautiful walks/hikes. The hotel itself is charming and a cosy retreat after a long day of hiking. We were upgraded to a suite with panoramic views. It was a spacious apartment with a dishwasher and cooking facilities. The Nespresso pods were topped up everyday ready for your morning coffee on the balcony looking towards Pointe Percee. A hummingbird greeted us every morning on the balcony flowers. The bed was comfy. The hotel also had a sauna, which was great! People always make the experience - the staff were lovely. Particularly Mickey and her son Maël. They were very sweet and welcoming and helpful. Giving us tips on where to hike in Megeve and Chamonix. Even where best to view the stars and Milkyway by du Jaillet. Lovely people - thank you to Mickey and Maël! We had a lovely holiday and the hotel is now apart of our memories x

Gorgeous and romantic hotel a bit on the mountain , food was amazing! Specialy the restaurant in the evening , they have an amazing smoky borger, and the Red from bordeaux, wow! Service very good! They even upgraded our room to suite without any reason, we had amazing views and specious room. The hotel location is a bit far from the village so they have all the time cars that go back and forward so it very comfortable but better to rent a car. The spa was not bad and sweeming pool was pretty warm. Breakfast nor bad at all, and amazing views with the snow just incredible. All the deign of the hotel for my opnion just so warm and beautifull. Well done!! The only remark I have is that even that the crew (in kitchen) was super nice, they don't speak English so well, and looks a bit not the most Profesional. But besides of this all was just AMAZING! And we are not the people who are easly pleased.. :)

Very expensive over the holidays. Not worth the money. Staff ok, room very small and bathroom smaller. Breakfast was very good. You need shuttle to take you to the mountain and they are not very reliable. Would not recommend staying here. There are nicer hotels near the mountain then this one.

We recently stayed in Megeve at L'Arboisie before and after our Tour du Mont Blanc hike - we had a fantastic experience and wish to sincerely thank all of the staff who made our stay so special. The hotel is situated above the beautiful town of Megeve, which has plenty to keep you occupied for a few days. The hotel itself was well kept and welcoming, with a lovely indoor spa and restaurant. We felt welcomed by all of the staff, from housekeeping, to reception (who were also brilliant with concierge requests!), to the restaurant and bar teams.
