Hôtel l'Arbre Voyageur Lille

We stayed one night in Lille at the Hotel L'Arbre Voyageur. The hotel is beautiful, excellent location for walking around Lille. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities at the hotel were great, lovely bar, restaurants and breakfast was beautiful with a huge variety of food to suit all. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As it was my husband's birthday treat, we returned to our room that night to a lovely card and gift. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the customer service offered by all the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Jeoffrey and all the team were so helpful and welcoming.

This is a very cozy confortable hotel walking distance from the city and shops. Those beds are amazingly comfortable too. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. We also tried the other restaurant for dinner and the flank steak was good. For 3 nights it was a nice confy stay. The room for 4 people was a bit crowded but no issue. Cleaning was ok cant rate that as a 5 but again for 3 nights itwas ok. big shower , separate toilet . Big plus , the bakery of the hotel . |Staff were friendly and helpful

I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel — everything was wonderful. The service was excellent, the room was cozy and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I have just one small suggestion. In the bathroom, there are bags provided for feminine hygiene products, but the products themselves are not available in the room. I understand this may not be a standard requirement for hotels, as historically most facilities — even entire cities — have been designed with men's needs in mind. However, it would be wonderful if high-level hotels like yours could start setting a new standard by being more considerate of female guests. It’s a small detail, but one that would surely be appreciated by every woman staying at your hotel. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. It's a great hotel, location couldn't be better and staff were amazing. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and shower was huge - you could dance in it. Everyone was realy nice and polite. A special thanks goes to barman who looked after us for three days and went out of his way to make our time as enjoyable as possible. I didn't get his name, but he was a bold chap around 40yo. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend Hotel l'Arbre Voyageur to friends and family. Thank you👌

Excellent hotel, centrally located. Very convenient from the train station. You can walk everywhere from here. Wonderful staff, helpful, kind and accommodating. Fantastic bed! Excellent shower. I love that the toilet is separate from the washroom for privacy. Large windows with blackout cover. It was the perfect place to stay in Lille. Highly recommend!

It is difficult not to give this hotel five stars in every respect. The room was excellent with top facilities and the bar and restaurant areas were very comfortable. Special mention for the Reception staff, always very helpful - especially since this was our first stay in Lille. We will return with our family.

Stayed two nights at the hotel during our trip for the Springsteen concert. The hotel is situated in a quiet pocket of town, but with short walks to the train station/shopping mall and city centre. ||The hotel itself is well kept and modern and especially the service stood out. The room was spacious and the bed was really good. A nice touch when two beers appeared at our door during our stay. That's the small things that makes you stand out. ||Only downside of our stay was that there was no upgrade as a Diamond Select member, but it was probably due to a fully booked in relation to the concert. We did not have breakfast included, so that's not testet.

The best hotel! This was our third stay. Location is perfect between the train station and the centre of Lille, everything within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, quiet and super clean. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a few drinks and snacks provided for free. If you choose to reuse your towels, you can have a free drink in the bar! Staff are so friendly and helpful and speak great English. We had drinks and cheese/charcuterie boards at the hotel bar and they were delicious and reasonably prices. Breakfast is also good. Basically can't praise it highly enough, if you go to Lille stay here!
