Hôtel l'Arbre Voyageur Lille - BW Premier Collection

We stayed 2 nights in February 2025 during Valentine's. We booked the Deluxe Room which was quite small but fine. Breakfast was overall good, enough choice of fresh products. The dining room is too small in the weekends for guests arriving at prime time (9-10h). Not enough tables and seats. The personnel could not deal with the amount of guests, lots of food and drinks were empty en they ran like a headless chicken. The dining room + buffet could be much better organized and equipped. Effia Opera parking is very close, only 2 minutes walking distance, which can be online booked in advance. Location of the hotel was great, only 5 minutes to the old town of Lille.

We recently spent three nights at the Hotel L'Arber Voyageur in Lille and had a wonderful stay. Three of us stayed at the hotel--myself, my wife and our 17 year old son-so we reserved the family suite which consisted of two interconnecting comfort rooms. While small (no smaller than other rooms in France), the rooms were very well laid out and so they felt bigger than there were. The furnishings were comfortable and the rooms were in great condition and very clean. The hotel is very environmentally conscious--which was greatly appreciated. In fact, if you elect to skip housekeeping, you are offered a token for a free drink in the bar. We availed ours selves of this option and enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine and local beer while at the hotel. Our rate did not include breakfast but we nevertheless decided to have breakfast each morning since it was so good. Breakfast was served in the Jane restaurant and consisted of freshly made croissants, breads, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal and yogurt, tea and coffee. The highlights of the breakfast were, however, the freshly squeezed orange juice, the freshly made waffles and an amazing offering of different cheeses. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located...less than 10 minutes by foot from both train stations and less than 5 minutes from the Grand Place. The hotel is right on the edge of Old Lille and so there are literally hundreds of restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Overall, we had an excellent stay and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Lille immensely.

We found the hotel perfect for our needs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We used the secure parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was lovely, as was the room and nice offer of an included mini bar with soft drinks and snacks. Great central location as well. Competitively priced and wouldn't look elsewhere if we return to Lille.

Two nights mid-week stay in an executive room (#49) during a vacation. Perfect location, friendly staff, and spotless rooms. Breakfast was excellent—not a super large buffet but with fresh, local, and mostly organic options.|Only downside: the noise. I had requested a quiet room and was placed in one at the back, which seemed great and was actually peaceful most of the time. However, it became noisy when groups of children started gathering at the nearby high school. Unfortunately, I was woken up at 7:30 AM when I really needed to catch up on sleep. I wonder if rooms overlooking the streets would have been any better.

Very good hotel and staff. Near everything (metro, train, shooping, city center). Staff very responsive and willing to help you all the time, great amenities in the room. The only con is the acoustic isolation that allow some noises from neighbour rooms and from the hallway.

Very nice hotel about 10 minutes from train/tram and less than 5 minutes to Central Place for restaurants and cafes and many major sights in this beautiful city not overrun by tourists! Room was very modern with a comfortable bed and good shower. Big screen smart TV (which I assume works). I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant several times and they have a great buffet with cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice, French toast, meats, etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were moved here as the hotel I booked was not available 10 mins before our arrival|Parking is hell on earth a terrible experience . There is no nice bar area to have a drink. The lift was very rickety and felt very old. The room was freezing cold, no iron, no black out curtains so it was too light for me to sleep.|Breakfast was very poor hardly any choice|Our special occasion was completely ruined.

Very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff are all very friendly. Room was all one could expect. Excellent location, parking garage very nearby, no more than 50 metres. Breakfast was simply fantastic. Highly recommend and would stay here again
