After such a glowing review from a family member I am extremely disappointed in my stay. The views were great however that’s about the end of my enjoyment. I purchased two rooms with a shared pool between them. The pool was dirty as if it hadn’t been maintained. The amount of bugs was probably my biggest issue though. The lower of the two rooms had a large roach and stains in the sheets. My room had an infestation of ants which led to us being bit up at night. Lastly, I agree that customer service takes awhile for check in or room service. However, they were quick to come try to remove us from the room to clean despite having a late check out. I only wish that I was smart enough to call in the night so I could have possible gotten some of the money back. We paid over 400$ and I believe it was a waste. I don’t have high hopes that this hotel will respond to me but at least this could help someone.

We stayed at Las Brisas one time before and even though the overall experience was good we had a couple of minor hiccups. When the General Manager found out he asked us to come back, and so we did. Not for a proper honeymoon but only a couple of days right after our wedding to unwind and relax.|I know what is said about Acapulco, that it's not safe, that it's old and neglected... well, if you stay at Las Brisas you don't need to leave the resort AT ALL! You have everything and anything you might need to make your stay memorable.|EVERYTHING, every detail, was absolutely perfect!|Ricardo, the General Manager, arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport in an SUV, he was right there on time and drove us to the hotel. |Check-in process was quick and smooth while we were sipping on a freshly made courtesy Margarita. Even the view from the lobby is breathtaking!|All transportation within the resort is by the iconic White & Pink jeeps, so we took one to Suite Jazmines, our home for the next 2 days.|Once at the villa we were given a short tour and briefed on how things work (room service, breakfast, massages...).|Coffee and pastries are brought to you early morning and left on a tray through a special window right by your door.|We booked a massage at our villa... the setup, the therapist, the treatment... it was all superb.|We enjoyed our private pool, our private hot tub, ordered food at Room Service to enjoy our meals al fresco. The room was big and spacious, and so was the bathroom.|Not one bad thing/experience happened during our stay. We are already planning to go back for your 1st Year Anniversary!

Las Brisas is perched on a mountain over seeing the Pacific Ocean and Acapulco Bay. Each casita has its private pooland spectacular view. Unlike many hotels, it has a large natural ses water pool. Guests can swim and see ocean life ( fish, sea stars, sea urchins, etc). There is also a large pool with a swim up bar— next to the natural sea water pool. Next to the to that pool is an outdoor restaurant called La Concha. The food is delicious and the ocean views are amazing.||There is also a restaurant with sweeping views of the ocean and Bay; the Sunset Bar; gym; and spa.||The staff is professional and courteous!

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Las Brisas. We have traveled all over Mexico and Europe and agree that this was some of the very, very best service and care we have ever recived in any hotel, ever! ||Our room (swim in/out suite) was nothing short of magical; BEAUTIFUL, retro, Mid-Century style without feeling tired or dated, including modern touches, such as a Bluetooth JBL speaker/alarm system that allowed us to play music of the era to really up the ambiance. Bottled water is generously supplied daily. Towels are plentiful and refreshed twice daily, and touches like spa robes and slippers add to the comfort of the super plush bed and soft linens A very special thank you to our wonderful housekeeping specialist, Soledad, for keeping our room immaculate, decorating it with fresh flowers daily, and even teaching me how to make a towel sculpture. She made my stay so special. An added honorable mention to our pool guy who good-naturedly kept our swim experience fresh and bug free.||The pink and white jeeps are super quick to arrive and transported us swiftly to reception, the beach club, or the formal dining restaurant. Beach club was really cool, with 2 ocean pools great for snorkeling and a standard pool with swim up bar (great, full-strength drinks - try the Cocoloco served in a giant coconut!). Food at La Concha for lunch was delicious, fresh, full wine and drinks menu, and what a VIEW! ||Speaking of food, Bella Vista was delicious with so many options. It was truly an upscale experience, and we appreciated that this extended from an on-site sommelier, the lovely, artistic presentation of our gorgeous fish and lobster with properly chilled wine, to the expectation that diners dress in elegant attire to keep the atmosphere special. The live piano music on Friday with our after dinner cocktail was such a nice touch. ||There were honestly too many amazing things about Las Brisas to mention in one review. If there is one thing that stands out above all others is the beautiful, impeccable service we received from every person we encountered at the hotel. There are so many people I wish I could name. Rogelio, Chief Concierge, we thank you and your team for a superb experience. We will be returning.

The site is spectacular with out any doubt. We were there more than 25+ years ago for our honeymoon, the place was a deluxe hotel, spectacular and phenomenal service. Today, the views are still great (that's nature's work!) but service leaves a lot to be desired, late, lots of delays. The rooms while renovated, those works are poorly done and things (both furniture and the room itself) look old and/or damaged. They bring daily breakfast through a little. door/window on each room but the rooms do not have cups to serve and drink the coffee they brought nor service sets (spoon, forks, knifes) to eat the fruit they brought! Good news are: If owners wish; everything could be improved and taken to the luxury level this place is (or was) once famous for.

The iconic Las Brisas Acapulco continues to sparkle many decades after its opening. I truly love returning to this hotel each & every visit. Our Junior Suite at the highest point offered a stunning view of Acapulco and all the privacy we wished for. Whether enjoying our complimentary fruit and pastries and coffee on the pool deck or sipping champagne at sunset, Las Brisas Acapulco will always be amongst our favourite hotels in the world! ❤️

We stayed in the adult only casitas with private pool. The rooms are very large and the beds comfortable. The private pools are also much bigger than I expected which was very nice and meant they keep a good temperature also even though it's very warm out and the views from the complex over the bay are stunning.||||That being said the rooms were not very clean, I walked around for 2 min without shoes and my feet were black. The person coming to clean the pool (very nice!) wacked the pool thing around the room spraying pool water over the bed and the food on the table. The system of calling a car to the room is exhausting - there is no real shortcut you need to speak to someone every time and the wait is 20min or more with no clarity on when they came for you. The food from room-service while nicely presented was not tasty. Even the fajitas (local food) were super dry. ||||Beyond that the staff is actually very nice.

Google
great views from every room. We enjoyed our stay. Their pool la concha is so beautiful. The only negative part is having to get transportation every time you leave the room . Please book Sebastian Hernandez for shuttle and tours , he really made our trip smooth and hassle free . Acapulcoforall.com

Yelp
Checked in to casita 506, master suite with private pool and hot tub. Our stay was 7 days, 10/16/21-10/23/21. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and horderves. Our casita (room/home) had a lovely view of the bay, a mini fridge and a safe. As we entered our casita, there's a terrace with an outdoor day bed, dining table with chairs, lounge chairs out by the pool and the hot tub right across from it. We had daily cleaning of our pool/hot tub and terrace area along with daily housekeeping service as well. A huge Thank You to Soledad & Gabby and Bruno and his partner (I can't remember his name) for your exceptional service. Everything was welcoming, cleaned, stocked and well kept. Each morning we received complimentary coffee, danishes and fruits and in the evening we received complimentary horderves. Daily turn down service was great as well. They have 24HR room service; my favorite was the burger and fries and there fish and rice entree...yum! They have a pretty good size gym with water, towels and sanitizing supplies. There's a beach club right across the street that has different swimming areas (pools, lagoon), bar and restaurant. I wasn't pleased at all with the dining service and I think there food was a bit overpriced as well. But that's my only unpleasant experience. This hotel has a tennis court, spa, gift shops, restaurants and a bar as well. Overall, this hotel has exceptional service, amazing views and your own private pool and some with private hot tubs.

Yelp
I wanted to LOVE this hotel, I always wanted to stay here but coming from Toronto there is no package options to this resort and it is also not All Inclusive like most hotels in Acapulco, plus everything is charged in US dollars as well... I ended up here because there was an issue with the original hotel booked, after over an hour of figuring out what to do, where to stay, we decided on Las Brisas. Every morning they bring you fresh bread, fruit and either coffee/tea or hot chocolate and it is waiting for you when you wake up in your "magic box" as they call it! In the evening there is turn down service as well, but they did not come every night or very often in the two weeks that I stayed there. You have to wait forever to get the shuttle to come pick you up from your villa. Taxi to go anywhere outside the hotel is expensive because you are in the middle of nowhere, not close to any stores, restaurants etc...Especially when you are used to hopping in a bug in the center of downtown Acapulco. The service is just not the greatest, especially when this is supposed to be amazing "5 star"... I think one time it was the place to be not now it is tired and rundown. The rooms are like you just got out of a time machine, extremely dated. I did enjoy having a private pool and the views of Acapulco Bay from this hotel are breathtaking! There is no beach though, and I missed listening to the ocean breeze at night...

Yelp
This hotel was amazing!! The service, and attention to detail was beyond all my expectations. It was my first time staying at this resort and I definitely would stay here again. Our whole experience was above and beyond anything we imagined. Gracias Las Brisas!!

Yelp
Perfect in everyway. The service is top notch, food and drinks are amazing. The views are breath taking! The staff are ready to help you and make your stay as enjoyable and perfect as possible. This will defiantly be our Number 1 place to come stay yearly! Every morning they bring you fresh bread, fruit and coffee and at 630 or 7 pm they have "turn down" service where the maids will prepare you room for bedtime. They have jeeps that will pick u up and taking you where ever you like on campus or off campus to a beautiful private beach. Acapulco at its Finest is found here at Las Brisas Resort...

Yelp
I highly recommend Las Brisas. People need to expiernce this wonderful and the overwhelming friendliness of this hotel. My first time staying here after 48 years of coming to Acapulco. I try different hotels every time I come to Acapulco this is going to be my come to place from now on. The Food, service, cleanliness and aminities are the best you can get.

Yelp
First day and I'm already done with this resort. It's now taken 3 hours to check in they are slow incompetent and they just don't seem to care. I wanted a relaxing week not a week with added stress.

Yelp
Please enjoy Dinner at the main restaurant. It was super Delicious! We ordered mahi mahi and butter Ribeye it was the best ribeye ever! Thank you Bella Vista Restaurant @Las Brisas! Javier and Gibran excellent service!

Yelp
The hotel is truly unique in the world. Little houses, private pools and the view of one of the most beautiful bays in the world (Hong Kong, Rio and Sidney being the others). It is not the only way to enjoy Acapulco (it is relatively far from shops and restaurants) but for me it is the best.

Ashvan C.

Yelp
Love this place!! Every time I go to Acapulco I stay here. I recommend getting your private pool instead of sharing. This place has a lovely view of Acapulco. People here are very friendly & helpful.

Yelp
Highly recommend! This hotel has a great location (not far from the airport) and amazing views. It's not very close to the shops or beach, but they have a shuttle that runs all day to transport you into town or to the beach, which doesn't take long. Many of the rooms has it's own private pool, and our was heated to the perfect temperature. Service was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also have a really good restaurant on site (along with many other amenities, including a spa, gym, a little shop, etc.). Just be warned that the restaurant does have a dress code, so make sure you dress nicely. I would have liked to stay longer at this beautiful hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Blas M.

Yelp
If it wasn't for the view this place would get 1 star. Service was mediocre and food was plain bad. Lobster bisque was fine, Parmesan crusted fish was dry and tasteless and filet was cold and sinewy. Would never recommend this (except for maybe a cool drink with a view) or go back

Yelp
Amazing Hotel!!! Me and my husband just went to Acapulco, my husband was born in a small town in Guerrero about 45 minutes from hotel. The hotel is great, the employees are awesome! They go over and beyond to please you. Rooms are very clean and adorable. We had a private small pool just for us, which was amazing! The only down side is, shops and restaurants are not very close. We took taxis all through our visit there, it can get very pricey! It was hot and humid, but rooms have AC which helped a lot. They have a private beach called La Concha, I loved it. They have to salt water pools, with fishes and crabs in there. We snorkeled and they have a great variety of drinks! The hotel has spa, gym, restaurant and a business center. The only reason i am giving 4 starts is because, they charge $15 dollars per day for Wi-Fi and they automatically charge $20 dollars per day for services even if you don't request anything. Other than that I loved it, and highly recommend it!

Glenn W.

Yelp
What a place! Each room has it's own pool, the view is out of this world. Evening dining is so beautiful it's impossible to describe... Just loved it....
