From the secluded hotel beach to the large and comfortable room with a balcony offering a wonderful view over the bay plus a selection of restaurants be it buffet or set menu, I honestly liked everything there. ||||After a night of heavy rain, water had seeped into the room fIooding some of the floor space. I reported it and asked for another room. We were immediately allocated another room in the same building although not on the same floor - our initial room was on the top floor of Mediteraneo in the Pueblo Mar which had such a wonderful open view onto the bay. ||||Every staff member we came in contact with was so helpful and patient. ||Among the staff, I particularly remember Cynthya in the Bellavista Restaurant, and Ivan at Reception who were both outstanding by the service they provided, and the patience and attentiveness they displayed. Overall, nive||||Honestly I cannot think of a single thing I did not like.

Out family with two teenagers went there in Winter. We LOVED it, and we are spoiled travelers having been around many places around the globe. |The hotel is a bit outdated but it has everything one needs. |One suggestion I have, don't get the most basic room because you will hear a mini-cart noise all night. I don't remember the name of our rooms but it was the second from the lowest possible. We had a partial ocean view.||I think families with little kids may get bored as there isn't much to do. The pools are small but we were not there for the pools, we wanted the ocean. They have coral reefs right at the beach and it was beautiful. We loved watching fish!||Food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but all 4 of us, including our picky teenagers, always had something to eat.||Service was good.||I would go back in a heartbeat.

Staff stood out as friendly and hard working. A rare hurricane hit close by the night we arrived. An army of workers was busy cleaning up the beach shortly afterward. And dedicated staff worked the restaurants the same night hurricane brought drenching rain (Hurricane Erik). Gabriel and Ion were great but there were many more whose names we did not note. Great staff.

Stayed here with our 3 teenage daughters. Rooms were out dated, broken fixtures, peeling paint and worn furniture. The food was not great and lacked flavor. We normally love coming to Mexico for our family vacation because of the amazing service. I can’t say that about our stay here. The service was the worst we have ever had. From the staff at the front desk to the concierge and the hotel app that is not working. Please don’t waste your time and money. There are much better places to go and stay in Mexico. We will never be back here again.

Excellent in every way: food- best ever at an all inclusive / service/beaches so clean! snorkeling off the beach/beds/shuttles/ entertainment We are so happy to have stayed there March 30-Apr 6, 2025 For anyone with mobility issues they need to check if they’ll be accommodated- there are ramps everywhere/also few staff members have much English so be prepared for that. The resort and rooms are a bit dated but the rooms and beds were so clean and comfortable and the bedding super lux. Bathrooms were very large. Our view wasn’t that good- but we didn’t spend any daylight hours there anyway. Perfect for families and couples. Check it out! So thankful for the week we had there. Service was outstanding. Very well staffed resort. Thank you!

I have a reservation for 6/29 - 7/5. I spent two hours on hold trying to cancel my reservation after Hurricane Erick and was told they were not authorized to cancel reservations. I asked to speak with the Reservation Manager or the General Manager and was placed more than a half dozen holds. Staff were unwilling to provide with the the Managers Names nor emails. After multiple hours of continued calls a staff member finally provide me with the names of managers, emailed me the manager's names and emails for me to contact them. Despite the Reservations Manager not being available, she replied to the email within minutes with full context of the morning to offer an option to change our reservation dates. The customer service was horrible! Very un professional and frustrating especially after a Hurricane just hit the region. While their hotels are great, (I have stayed at Brisas Ixtapa) their customer service leave a lot to be desired with situations that most hotels handle effortlessly to make our stays better. Brisas has not done that at all. After hours of agitation, eventually they replied to my emails and agreeing to cancel and fully refund us.

Perfect location, close to everything. It has a good restaurant where we saw many locals having dinner. Service was excellent and all personal was friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated and spacious. The only thing that it needed was a small refrigerator

Loved our 10 day stay at Las Brisas. Great beaches, lots of sports and activities, great food, good service, room had a fantastic ocean view, weather was perfect. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the rooms, although very good, are showing signs of wear and could use updating. Also, first time guests like us would really benefit from a short orientation of the resort and “how things work”! It took us a couple days to figure things out on our own asking around. Tips like “get to the beach by 6:30 if you want a beach chair and shade are very helpful! Watching the beautiful sunrise is a side benefit! We hope to visit again!

Yelp
Located on the beautiful bay of Tangolunda. Formerly this was a Club Med location. The grounds are sprawling over several acres. As a matter of fact, the grounds are so big that they need to run a constant shuttle service around to get from point A to B. It took me a little while to get used to not being able to just walk to wherever I wanted to go. If you don't see a shuttle after a few minutes, don't worry call the front desk and one will be quickly sent out to meet you. The staffing was very nice and accommodating. The location is gorgeous. My room was located above a cliff over looking the bay. The rooms are spacious with equally spacious washrooms and with outdoor balconies. Lunch at the buffet was delicious, not all that great for dinner. But dinner at the other restaurants on site, where you needed a reservation, was outstanding.

Yelp
We stayed at Hotel Las Brisas overnight because there was a problem with out flight out of Huatulco. It was pleasant, comfortable, and very close to La Crucecita, a small town where we chose to spend the evening wandering around. If we'd been there longer, it seems like there are a lot of activities on the resort, including a couple of nice beaches, worth checking out. When we were ready to leave the resort on excursions to town, the nearby ruins, or to the airport, the hotel readily arranged inexpensive transport with very nice drivers. The only change I'd make at Las Brisas would be to add several dozen more fans to the lobby and bar, as it was almost unbearably hot as we waited for a ride back to the airport. If you're looking for accommodation in Huatulco, Las Brisas is definitely worth considering!

Yelp
We stayed at Las Brisas for four nights for a wedding. Overall, the experience was very positive. The resort is large and amongst hills, so you have to take a shuttle from your room to pretty much anywhere, especially in the May heat! The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to room service/housekeeping to restaurant staff. The room was very comfortable and had a great view. There are several restaurants to choose from. The buffet is accessible at all times, but you do need to make reservations for the more specialty restaurants. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant! The location is beautiful and they serve really good local Oaxacan specialties. One thing I wish was different: The pools were not ideal for "partying". There are three pools- one for kids with a basketball court, one "adults pool", which really seemed to be geared towards more elderly folks, as there was no music allowed. The other is a large pool with one shallow side being full of kids and where the entertainment staff does their stuff, mostly geared towards kids. The other side is deep, which could really use some handle bars to hold on to to lounge and not have to tread water, and more entrance/access points. Ideally, an adult pool with good music and a swim-up bar would be a game changer! We had a great time!

Yelp
Our family took a second trip to Huatulco, we stayed at Las Brisas. The staff here is awesome, Derman is in charge of the transportation and will assist you if your looking to explore the surrounding towns. Tanny and Anna are always waiting with a smile at breakfast and lunch and are always nice to talk to. The beaches are great pool activities are great. The beach wait staff are hard working and fun. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This is my second time visiting this city and I can tell you that you can find much more for far less. The service was absolutely horrible. The first day, they made a mistake on my reservation and I was supposedly "upgraded" to make up for that mistake (strategic move but definitely not an upgrade). That room smelled awful so they had to change me and then I got a call saying that they found my reservation and I was going to get moved AGAIN. The rooms are subpar with zero view (unless you like lots of pebbles). To make matters worse, the staff is unfriendly, pool closes at 8 and transportation is confusing. Avoid this hotel!

Yelp
Terrible customer service from Omar Águilar from concierge...this is a highly price hotel with a low quality trained staff; unfortunately!..for the high prices at Las brisas you would think concierge would be more polite, respectful and helpful! I would not bother to come here.

Yelp
The hotel staff is very friendly. They have recommended us places to eat and sea and they have all been amazing. The view from our balcony they said was partial but however we can see the entire bay from it as well as the pool. The prices are very reasonable for dinner and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Avoid the headache, frustration and waste of money. The hotel has several attractions but they either close early or you'll be greeted by unfriendly staff. I booked 3 rooms two months in advance and they still managed to make a mistake with my reservation. The hotel is big so that it's separated into 3 towers. My family had to be separated due to their mistake. The worst part is that they had to downgrade our rooms which resulted in us getting the wrong amount of beds. We had to be moved two times before my family could finally be together. Staff is flat out rude and there is no doubt that they need more training.

Yelp
This place is horrible. It is so busy that they treat you like a herd of cattle. They literally take your luggage and put it in a different place with everyone else's luggage. After you check in, you go dig your luggage out. The rooms and restaurants are literally a mile from check in. They cart you around like cattle to your rooms. Got to my room and the key did not work. Took a little over an hour to get a key that worked. After an hour of heat and sweating, I was finally able to get into my room. Called to get a ride to the restaurant and waited 30 minutes for someone to show before I finally gave up. Was tired and went right to bed. Got up the next morning and could not log into the internet. It would not accept my last name and phone number. They also charge for the coffee in your room. I checked out immediately. Checking out was not an easy process. I will not stay here again.

Yelp
One of the best resort option to get rest and have a lot of fun with the acuatic activities and a semi virgin landscapes.
