Guests consistently found shaded chairs and table service available, never worrying about belongings. The pools are large and never overcrowded, and the entire property is lush, well-maintained, and spotless—though there are many stairs. There are excellent sports facilities, including great tennis courts with professional instruction twice a day, plus volleyball, basketball, and fútbol.|Food is plentiful and varied, with good hours, themed buffet nights, and energetic nightly dance shows that change daily and are fun to watch more than once. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, often with balconies and beautiful bay views. Staff are warm, polite, and attentive—special praise goes to individuals like Cynthya at Bellavista and Ivan at reception. The kids’ club is well-run with friendly teachers, and the gym is modern, air-conditioned, and fully equipped.|The beach and bay are calm and swimmable, with a nearby coral reef for easy fish-watching. The atmosphere feels authentically Mexican, with more local tourists than North Americans, making for a nice bit of Spanish immersion. The resort is only 25 minutes from the airport, with taxis and tour guides always available in the lobby, and it has easy access to La Crucecita and local excursions. Overall, guests felt comfortable, well-cared for, and eager to return.
