First time here and it exceeded my expectations. By far the best resort. One of the best customers service. The employees really take pride on their jobs. They care about making sure you have a memorable vacation. From guest services, house keeping, bar services, transportation and food services. Thank you for all you do and outstanding service. This is a beautiful place with great amenities, food, drinks and private beaches.

This resort offers a beautiful, safe, and relaxing experience with four private beaches, including one that’s perfect for children, thanks to calm waves. Guests consistently found shaded chairs and table service available, never worrying about belongings. The pools are large and never overcrowded, and the entire property is lush, well-maintained, and spotless—though there are many stairs. There are excellent sports facilities, including great tennis courts with professional instruction twice a day, plus volleyball, basketball, and fútbol.|Food is plentiful and varied, with good hours, themed buffet nights, and energetic nightly dance shows that change daily and are fun to watch more than once. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, often with balconies and beautiful bay views. Staff are warm, polite, and attentive—special praise goes to individuals like Cynthya at Bellavista and Ivan at reception. The kids’ club is well-run with friendly teachers, and the gym is modern, air-conditioned, and fully equipped.|The beach and bay are calm and swimmable, with a nearby coral reef for easy fish-watching. The atmosphere feels authentically Mexican, with more local tourists than North Americans, making for a nice bit of Spanish immersion. The resort is only 25 minutes from the airport, with taxis and tour guides always available in the lobby, and it has easy access to La Crucecita and local excursions. Overall, guests felt comfortable, well-cared for, and eager to return.

The scenery is naturally beautiful. Everyone we encountered there was polite and happy to serve. I noticed at least a couple of workers working double shifts in different areas, but that did not seem to affect their performance they were still more than willing to help. Some food especially, breakfast left something to be desired. The amenities although not falling apart were worn down in some areas some looked like they were patched up poorly. We booked a suite but other than a balcony that we only used to dry some pool toys or clothes (that ended up getting wet with the rain). My in laws had a regular room and a much better view. One thing I wish we were better prepared for is the humidity. The property is pretty expansive transportation is provided, but it is also walkable with stairs and paths available for pedestrian use.

The service provided by all the employees is excellent there are no complaints. The beach is very nice, just like a swimming pool, safe for small kids. Lots of fish swimming around you.| I loved all the shows, everyone working here is just awesome. This is our second time visiting Brisas Huatulco and would come back again.

Horrible, horrible food! Worse food and drinks out of all the all inclusive I’ve been to. I was convinced by reviews on here saying the food is good, I don’t think those people have gone to too many all inclusive resorts. They have 15 different dishes at most at one time, most dishes are varieties of overcooked, dry, and mushy mess, they duplicate dishes, so one dish is on one counter and the same one is on the next, never seen that. One very sad salad bar. A dessert counter that has maybe 5 different choices, put all that on repeat for the entirety of your stay. Their main station for dinner, was pasta, 7/10 nights we were there, with the same sauce choices, no meat option. Las Brisa’s needs to do better with their food. I see so much food being wasted by diners because it was not edible. Feeding their customer like they’re going out of business or pinching pennies is no way to get people to come back, especially when you’re paying a hefty amount to stay. A very important part of a vacation is to eat good and relax, you can forget about eating and drinking good. Other than that, hotel is old but big rooms, pool is small for the huge size of the resort. Staffs are nice.

We come here quite often and planning too again this year but the reviews and own experiences are showing 2 problems that are easy to fix but are not. If not fixed this year, we will move to Dreams. Outside tables/seating around bar/pool area, NEED MUCH MORE! Always a battle to get seating at night where drinks with friends is all there is to do! Increased staffing as it has dropped every year on key areas. Management please listen and act, get your budget increased for these critical areas! Charge an extra $100 pesos, better than lost regular business. Morning Coffee bar would be nice too but not as important and will never happen anyways, it has been commented on to death.

Out family with two teenagers went there in Winter. We LOVED it, and we are spoiled travelers having been around many places around the globe. |The hotel is a bit outdated but it has everything one needs. |One suggestion I have, don't get the most basic room because you will hear a mini-cart noise all night. I don't remember the name of our rooms but it was the second from the lowest possible. We had a partial ocean view.||I think families with little kids may get bored as there isn't much to do. The pools are small but we were not there for the pools, we wanted the ocean. They have coral reefs right at the beach and it was beautiful. We loved watching fish!||Food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but all 4 of us, including our picky teenagers, always had something to eat.||Service was good.||I would go back in a heartbeat.

We recently stayed at Las Brisas for the 5th time. As with every other visit there we had a wonderful time. The large comfortable rooms, the great weather, the beautiful beaches, and the natural surroundings makes this a very enjoyable resort for a vacation. The employees are always very friendly and smiling which makes our vacation even more memorable. In the Bella Vista Buffet the service we received from Gonzalo and Nadia always made us feel very welcome. At the Concierge desk, Daniel, Karla, and Abraham were very accommodating and always helpful. We will be back. Gracias.

Yelp
Located on the beautiful bay of Tangolunda. Formerly this was a Club Med location. The grounds are sprawling over several acres. As a matter of fact, the grounds are so big that they need to run a constant shuttle service around to get from point A to B. It took me a little while to get used to not being able to just walk to wherever I wanted to go. If you don't see a shuttle after a few minutes, don't worry call the front desk and one will be quickly sent out to meet you. The staffing was very nice and accommodating. The location is gorgeous. My room was located above a cliff over looking the bay. The rooms are spacious with equally spacious washrooms and with outdoor balconies. Lunch at the buffet was delicious, not all that great for dinner. But dinner at the other restaurants on site, where you needed a reservation, was outstanding.

Yelp
We stayed at Hotel Las Brisas overnight because there was a problem with out flight out of Huatulco. It was pleasant, comfortable, and very close to La Crucecita, a small town where we chose to spend the evening wandering around. If we'd been there longer, it seems like there are a lot of activities on the resort, including a couple of nice beaches, worth checking out. When we were ready to leave the resort on excursions to town, the nearby ruins, or to the airport, the hotel readily arranged inexpensive transport with very nice drivers. The only change I'd make at Las Brisas would be to add several dozen more fans to the lobby and bar, as it was almost unbearably hot as we waited for a ride back to the airport. If you're looking for accommodation in Huatulco, Las Brisas is definitely worth considering!

Yelp
We stayed at Las Brisas for four nights for a wedding. Overall, the experience was very positive. The resort is large and amongst hills, so you have to take a shuttle from your room to pretty much anywhere, especially in the May heat! The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to room service/housekeeping to restaurant staff. The room was very comfortable and had a great view. There are several restaurants to choose from. The buffet is accessible at all times, but you do need to make reservations for the more specialty restaurants. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant! The location is beautiful and they serve really good local Oaxacan specialties. One thing I wish was different: The pools were not ideal for "partying". There are three pools- one for kids with a basketball court, one "adults pool", which really seemed to be geared towards more elderly folks, as there was no music allowed. The other is a large pool with one shallow side being full of kids and where the entertainment staff does their stuff, mostly geared towards kids. The other side is deep, which could really use some handle bars to hold on to to lounge and not have to tread water, and more entrance/access points. Ideally, an adult pool with good music and a swim-up bar would be a game changer! We had a great time!

Yelp
Our family took a second trip to Huatulco, we stayed at Las Brisas. The staff here is awesome, Derman is in charge of the transportation and will assist you if your looking to explore the surrounding towns. Tanny and Anna are always waiting with a smile at breakfast and lunch and are always nice to talk to. The beaches are great pool activities are great. The beach wait staff are hard working and fun. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This is my second time visiting this city and I can tell you that you can find much more for far less. The service was absolutely horrible. The first day, they made a mistake on my reservation and I was supposedly "upgraded" to make up for that mistake (strategic move but definitely not an upgrade). That room smelled awful so they had to change me and then I got a call saying that they found my reservation and I was going to get moved AGAIN. The rooms are subpar with zero view (unless you like lots of pebbles). To make matters worse, the staff is unfriendly, pool closes at 8 and transportation is confusing. Avoid this hotel!

Yelp
Terrible customer service from Omar Águilar from concierge...this is a highly price hotel with a low quality trained staff; unfortunately!..for the high prices at Las brisas you would think concierge would be more polite, respectful and helpful! I would not bother to come here.

Yelp
The hotel staff is very friendly. They have recommended us places to eat and sea and they have all been amazing. The view from our balcony they said was partial but however we can see the entire bay from it as well as the pool. The prices are very reasonable for dinner and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Avoid the headache, frustration and waste of money. The hotel has several attractions but they either close early or you'll be greeted by unfriendly staff. I booked 3 rooms two months in advance and they still managed to make a mistake with my reservation. The hotel is big so that it's separated into 3 towers. My family had to be separated due to their mistake. The worst part is that they had to downgrade our rooms which resulted in us getting the wrong amount of beds. We had to be moved two times before my family could finally be together. Staff is flat out rude and there is no doubt that they need more training.

Yelp
This place is horrible. It is so busy that they treat you like a herd of cattle. They literally take your luggage and put it in a different place with everyone else's luggage. After you check in, you go dig your luggage out. The rooms and restaurants are literally a mile from check in. They cart you around like cattle to your rooms. Got to my room and the key did not work. Took a little over an hour to get a key that worked. After an hour of heat and sweating, I was finally able to get into my room. Called to get a ride to the restaurant and waited 30 minutes for someone to show before I finally gave up. Was tired and went right to bed. Got up the next morning and could not log into the internet. It would not accept my last name and phone number. They also charge for the coffee in your room. I checked out immediately. Checking out was not an easy process. I will not stay here again.

Yelp
One of the best resort option to get rest and have a lot of fun with the acuatic activities and a semi virgin landscapes.
