Beware of fraudulent charges. Make sure to review your bill at check-out. Someone signed our initials and room number for various hotel restaurant and room service charges. The hotel finally reversed the charges after much discussion and signature comparisons. Overall the hotel is ok. The best thing about it is the sauna/steam/relaxation area. However they often run out of robes. The younger staff at the front desk are nice and try to be helpful, the manager (or woman who I believe is the manager, Celine ) is quite rude and has no customer service. Parking is limited so you might have to park at their sister hotel for a fee. There is a lot across the street that is free during the night (which they do not mention at all). Breakfast is good enough and decent variety. We had the family room which is quite small for a family of four with little space to store winter jackets e tc for four individuals. Housekeeping was great and always came in the morning and gave us anything we needed.

Once in while I cone to St.Moritz and always look forward to come here for some excellent Italian food. The place is always packed and you see a lot of delivery guys going back and forth as well. One time even the local police came to eat. Prices are below St.moritz average

Sonja from the spa was very friendly and professional. Johnny the country cross trainer was amazing he is super friendly as well. Thai restaurant was very nice,Breakfast buffet could be better For sure I will come back and I highly recommend the place

We visited this place during a trip with the Glacier Express train. Unfortunately we got one of the rooms which are small and needs refurbishment and upgrade. Everything was clean and worked fine but the room had simply not a 4star level. the staff was friendly and efficient, the rest of the hotel was nice.

Straight to business: inattentive reception agent charged me twice. Lack of attention to details. Despite promised refund nothing was issued after 1.5 month of wait. "Yes, yes, give us your email - we will contact you bla bla bla." Empty promises and 0 real customer care. Had to dispute transaction on another level to bring the funds back. Overall hotel is ok. 3 stars. Not 4. Clean rooms and good basic breakfast. Ok-ish to stay 1-2 nights while in transit.

The hotel itself is really pleasant, especially the refurbished part. First we had rooms in older part which are very basic, so we changed them to have a better experience. Hotel is nice and clean, restaurants are nice, food is fresh... but omg what an atmosphere this hotel has. So sad, so boring, so uptight!!!! There is beautiful lobby with amazing fire place, it should be vibrant place of the hotel but instead it feels like a funeral vibe. So quiet you can barely hear the music. We were during Christmas time you would think it will be nice Christmasy vibe.... Nothing. So dull, so sad... Why? There is so much potential wasted. Restaurant staff is not allowed to talk with clients, they are like robots, no emotions. Probably they have been told to behave like that. Maybe it is the Swiss way, but we are tourists not locals!!! The whole St Moritz is similar. Would not recommend this hotel if you want to have a bit of fun, and nice welcome and chill atmosphere. And it's not we are young and want to have crazy nights and parties in the hotel... Age: 36, 50, 60. Very disappointed!

Definitely NOT a 4 - star hotel as listed, at best it's a 3 - star hotel. Pros: Nice lobby and lobby bar. Friendly front desk service. Hotel lends you a public transit card for the gondola and bus, if you're staying at least 2 nights. If you're arriving by train, hotel picks you up from the train station. Cons: Many tour bus groups, outdated rooms and bathrooms. Room TV cable does not work. Limited power outlets to plug in electronics in room. You'll need to crawl under a table or move the night stand to find a spot. No on site gym/pool facilities, instead hotel provides access to a club gym/pool near by. Bathroom floor was dirty with the last guest(s) hair. :( Maybe one day they're be a 4-star hotel, but not with the current facilities. For reference I booked their Triplet Room, which is one of their higher priced rooms.
