Hotel L'Avenida

We had a lovely break at L'Avenida, Soller last week. ||We received a friendly welcome by Matthew who ensured he spoke to us whenever we saw him throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, with hot options cooked to order and nicely presented. Our hosts ensured a relaxed eating experience on the outside terrace.||We hadn't gone with the thought of sitting around the pool, but did spend some time soaking up the sun! Sun beds were readily available at any time of day, and pool towels were regularly changed throughout the day. ||Our top floor junior suite had a lovely view, was a great size and very comfortable. The hotel was ideally located for exploring the area and we had a wonderful stay in a beautifully restored building.||Whilst it wasn't specifically a problem, the hotel doesn't have a lift...a great way of keeping fit climbing up the 60 or so stairs after breakfast ;)

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the beautiful setting, to the amazing breakfast poolside, and the incredibly attentive and helpful staff, they made our vacation perfect! We were a family of 14 who loved getting to all stay so close together. The staff goes above and beyond to help you explore this beautiful island. They accommodated us perfectly and we hope to come back one day!

Our positive experience started with the prompt replies we received from Matthew when it appeared we might be delayed by 24 hours in arrival; although this thankfully did not happen, it was much appreciated.||On arrival we were greeted with cava and water and checked in to our lovely room with a balcony table. Everything about the room was excellent; housekeeping was efficient and well done.||Breakfast by the pool, lounging in the afternoon, advice on hikes and transport all provided with pleasant support. Every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and helpful.||The hotel is situated just a short walk from the centre of Soller so restaurants and activities easy to get to; another bonus.||All in all a lovely start to our Majorcan vacation and somewhere we would certainly recommend.

Another visit to this lovely hotel and area and already working out when we can return. Thanks to Matthew, Karen, and all the team ( breakfast chefs, housekeeping and gardeners etc) who provide a great service ensuring nothing is too much trouble. |This time we stayed in a junior suite overlooking the pool. It’s a beautiful , quiet room, fantastic shower and comfortable huge bed. Air con worked perfectly but also lovely big windows to open. Breakfast by the pool is a delight, always plenty of choice . |We were out all day hiking or sightseeing again so next time I’m determined to actually spend a day by the pool!

The Hotel and staff was easily the best experience we have had in all our travels. The hotel manager, Matthew was exceptional. His attention to detail and friendly and fun approach to service was amazing. He also has built An excellent staff to make the all-around Stay outstanding.

We just got back from a lovely stay. The hotel is so well thought out, lots of lovely little touches. It was exceptionally clean, all of the staff were so friendly and we had great chats with them all. Our room was lovely and the breakfast included was great!! The location was perfect to pop into town for food or drinks. We didn’t use the pool because of the time of year but it looked delightful!! It really is such a lovely boutique hotel. There is a car park right opposite there is small but easy to get into (although I would recommend hiring a small car), there looks like there may be some changes to cars in Soller this year but if you need to park on the outskirts of town, it’s less than a 10 min walk to the hotel so still easily accessible.

So much to like about L'Avenida. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. It's a beautiful building and well-maintained. Great pool, wonderfully quiet there too. Great location. I could go on....

Great stay here, wonderful location and the rooms were super clean, very modern but comfortable as well. Overall great value for money. Service was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend.
