I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the location is excellent — very close to both land and sea transportation options. However, I believe there’s room for improvement. The staff could benefit from being a bit more welcoming and friendly. The bed in my room was extremely narrow (no more than 90 cm wide), which may not be comfortable for many guests. There’s a common area on the ground floor, but the policy regarding its use was unclear — no one explained whether it was complimentary or paid. Also, noise from passing cars outside was quite disturbing at times.Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but with a few adjustments, the experience could be even better.

I had an amazing experience at the Figo. Great architectural design, friendly staff and a convenient common room with lots of beverages and good WiFi for the digital nomads.

The ceiling is quite low fitting and fixture are just standard level. The bed was comfortable and clean. There are free coffee and snack at the area next to Reception. Overall rating is average.

It’s our first time staying at Figo. Figo is a hotel that I’ve always wanted to visit since it’s very popular during the pandemic. It’s not bad - great lounge, so if you’re single, or couple, or with friends, or traveling here alone, the lounge is great for a short hangout with free drinks and an outdoor area. The room is pretty small but it’s got everything you need. More like an apartment style, quite cozy. The sofa is a bit small though. The downside of this hotel is the cleanliness and the used furniture. I wasnt expecting a sparkling clean or brand new room but its got dirt on the sheets and i only found out at late night. We called the staff for help but they said the housekeeping team has got off work already. Alternatively, he gave us some new sheets and we would need to change them ourselves. The coffee table in the ‘living room’ looks a bit worn. But it’s still fine. Overall, I think the location is pretty good if you’re looking for somewhere close to the city yet quiet.

Friendly staff, big room with everything you need for your stay. Communal space is very nice, free soft drinks and coffee and happy hour every day from 17.30 to 18.30 with snacks and alcohol. An excellent choice, easy to reach with public transport. The only downside is the bed, too hard and the smell of humidity in the room. Other than that everything was perfect and we will come back for sure!

My flight to Hk was delayed but thankfully Figo has 24/7 check in and also was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade. The hotel was in a shared building and had dedicated floors. The small gym is quite nice and lounge area has some free drinks and apparently a daily happy hour. The actual room was decent sized for HK but it had a damp smell to it although the AC worked well. Some of the pillow cases had some stains but I just used other ones. Location was good for easy commute to Sheung Wan MRT, Macau Ferry, A11 airport bus stop and also very walkable to Central shops. There’s a great coffee shop nearby called “Clean” which uses Oatly by default for their latte type drinks. Overall would recommend.

Yelp
This is really a 3.5 instead of a 4 star rating. I booked our stay through Expedia so breakfast wasn't included. Our cab driver didn't know where exactly this hotel was so we got lost and had to drag our luggage in the rain so our trip was off to a bad start due to the obscurity of this hotel. However, check in was fairly smooth and we were able to get into our nice, clean room quickly so we could dry off. While the room and amenities were good, the hotel lobby is on 4F which is a bit inconvenient since we have to wait for the elevator and it can be really slow sometimes. They also have a gym with a treadmill, stationary bike and a weight machine. They offer free water bottles and towels which was nice. They also have coffee and tea by the lobby. Overall, the room itself was good, it was conveniently located by the Sai Ying Pun MTR station and price was decent, but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the inconvenient elevator situation and lack of restaurants nearby.

Yelp
Hotel LBP was perfectly fine accommodations. I didn't have any complaints but it also wasn't anything to write home about. The room was small, and smelled very strongly of air freshener, as if to cover up the deeper musty smell that you'll find in a lot of tropical coastal areas. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. You eat in the little restaurant downstairs and they have a set menu with 4 different choices, as well as a small buffet of fruits, bread, coffee and tea. The choices consisted of fried eggs, omelette, and usually 2 more Asian breakfast options. The location was not the best in terms of seeing the major tourist attractions in Hong Kong. We had to take a bus or trolley to get anywhere. Luckily though it was fairly easy and very cheap.

Yelp
Yes, for the cost to what you get ratio this place is a 4-star. We got it for about $130USD - and I think we got a free upgrade. It is NOT a glitzy place, but they do a tremendous job of making what you pay for as good as it gets without being penny pinchers like some hotels end up doing. Breakfast that was included was offered by the restaurant in the building downstairs and it was not buffet. Fruit, yogurt and a hot dish of an omelet or English breakfast. It was a good breakfast and being free ... it was great :) Wifi is included and for unlimited devices and fast. Again, they didn't skimp on the important stuff ;) The location is awesome. Some of the newest or best restuarants and bars were walking distance from the hotel. And the lightrail and MTR were 10 min waks (but good walks with tons of shops along the way.) They staff were VERY helpful and accommodating. In-room laundry by the pound was cheap (about $1 USD per pound). And they have a cool little entertainment room that has an AWESOME massage chair and movie center you can relax with. The rooms are a bit small - I almost would knock a star off but the use of space was pretty great. So again for the cost, location, service, and presentation I'd say 4-stars. Nice work :)

Yelp
I was very impressed with this hotel. It was perfectly nice by all standards and a bargain price for Hong Kong. The shower had wonderful water pressure, bed was firmer than I like but I slept well, and it was clean and close to the MTR.
