The location of this hotel can't be beat: across the street from the Musee d'Orsay, steps from the Seine, on a charming little rue filled with food and gift shops.
But the rooms, while decorated by Lacroix in a fun, quirky style, are tiny. Others have complained about the bathrooms--if you go with the Privilege rooms or above, you will have a separate bathroom and wc. However, our shower, while wonderful, with many stream options, was difficult to open, and leaked all over the floor.
The staff, except for the lovely woman who works in the breakfast room, was mostly cold and unfriendly. Breakfast was typical French breakfast fare: charcuterie, eggs, sausage, cheese, croissants, with several fresh juices available.
