Hôtel le Floral

If I live to be 100 I don’t believe I’ll stay in a better dollar for dollar hotel than the Hotel Le Floral. |Great staff very helpful and the room was so clean with an extremely comfortable bed with pillows that were actually good and the breakfast was excellent and Coffee WOW!!

Very promptly returned our deposit! Big room, Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, even an iron and ironing board. We were given the handicapped room which was okay but we were looking foward to a nice hot bath. Free breakfast was really good, better than expected. The in room coffee isnt the best but it gets the job done lol. Theres a tims and a starbucks accross the street. Didnt need it but our room came with a pull out couch there was a dining area in the room as well and lots of storage space Would have loved to stay longer. They took us very last minute for 2 nights and unfortunately they needed the room for the weekend or we would have stayed longer I would definitely book in this hotel next time we’re in sherbrooke. It exceeded our expectations. Very kind and accommodating to english speaking guests.

Been staying here for weeks, everything has been great, until they hired the black guy that where’s the Chelsea sweatshirt, he gets every order in the morning wrong, instead of giving butter in the morning he was giving cream cheese, he doesn’t know the difference between creame cheese, butter and margarine, this morning when I told him he got the order wrong yet again he got angry at me as if I did something, weird

This was a hotel near the highway and was just for one night. Our room was large, immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was strong and hot and the breakfast very good.The staff was helpful and the room has an interior and exterior door (s) and that made it very easy to unload the car.

We were not warned ahead of time of water cut-off & given small bottles of water to flush toilet ! Not easy to get to from highway exit. No channels on tv. Barely cold fridge. Better hotels in the area.

We selected this hotel based upon the reviews. It was okay, but not worth a 50% premium in the price. ||The room was okay, but not premium. ||The breakfast was adequate, but not special. We had to preselect what we wanted. I ordered a croissant, assuming I'd get a nice one. It was a dried up mini croissant that probably came in a bag from a local grocery store. As it was not nice, I would have liked to get some toast - but there wasn't any opportunity to do so. The scrambled eggs were like hotel buffets - prepackaged, not fresh. ||Also, this hotel is no where near a decent sit-down restaurant - just fast food places.||When you leave the hotel, you have to drive on a dirt road. ||I can't understand the good reviews. We definitely won't stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay .No complaints. Clean room and very friendly staff.We are going back again this week.

Wow! The outside is neat as a pin, although nothing grand—any second thoughts you may have had by booking this changes as soon as you walk through the doors and step up to the receptionist. He was super friendly and even though we don't speak French, he was quite happy to explain the hotels amenities and rules. The room we were assigned was perfect. It was spotless. It had a HUGE 2 person jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. And the breakfast that was included was fabulous. (Cooked to order brought to your table after you choose what you want from the menu). Everyone had big smiles from the cook, to the waitresses and front desk. We felt rejuvenated after one night and were sorry to leave, but Quebec City was calling. Would definitely recommend Hotel Le Floral to anyone who wants a great stopping spot a half hour over the Canadian border from Vermont.

Rooms are comfortable and appealing. Each room has a sliding glass door leading to a small patio. The hotel consists of 52 rooms. Standard or superior rooms are available. All rooms have a mini-fridge, microwave and best of all, a Keurig coffee machine. Beds are comfortable and come with plenty of pillows. Complimentary breakfast is nourishing and offers a nice array of bagels,croissants,cold cereals,fruit, yogurts, and cheese.

Our two-night stay at the Hotel le Floral was delightful. This hotel is newly renovated, extremely clean. The rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, the serving area is a bit cramped so don't wait until the last moment to come down. While we did not use the pool, there were several other families enjoying it and plenty of seats and tables. An added bonus is the Tesla destination charger. While this was not a factor in our visit, it was a welcome surprise when we arrived.

My wife's aunt was seriously ill at the nearby CHUS (hospital) and we stayed at this hotel from 24 December for 5 nights. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are all exceptionally helpful and kind. Our stay ended on a sad note but the hotel staff offered every bit of help and flexibility to match our needs. Language is not a concern as plenty of the staff are bilingual. As always, a little bit of French always goes a very long way. If you have a need to be close to either Hopital FleurIment or Hotel Dieu, Le Floral is a very good choice.

Nice clean rooms, pet friendly, parking with room access on lower level, in hotel bar open till 3am . Pleasant staff.
