I stayed 3 nights in this Riad very close to the Central square. Being a female arriving after midnight, I was concerned about my safety. Mr. Said kindly arranged airport pick up for me and helped with day tour booking and other arrangements.|Breakfast was reasonable but available after 8:00am, which is the case in most Roads in Morocco. |Happy to recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

We stayed five nights at Le Gallia. The location is on the edge of medina and easy to access for taxis. It is also very close to Djemaa El Fna but you don't hear its noise. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated in traditional style with wonderful tile work. We particularly liked the relaxing courtyards and the greenery. The A/C cooled well and was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. What stood out most for us was Mr. Said and the staff. They were all so friendly, kind and helpful.

Haven't been for a while but stayed there several times when in Marrakesh. Perfect location right in the centre. Very short walk to the medina and the main square. Peaceful little gem away from the crowd and the noise. Rooms and decorations absolutely breathtaking. Staffs have always been very welcoming and more than helpful. Best stays ever. Hope I can visit again soon. Miss Le Galia and Marrakesh ❤️

We stayed at Le Gallia for five nights and were pleased with our experience. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious when we opted for it, and the room was decently sized. They also kept our baggage secure when we hiked in the High Atlas. One weird thing we noticed was how the reception asked us to leave the keys behind when going out, though at least someone was always there to get them to re-enter our room.

My wife and I stayed a total of four nights spread over a week at the Gallia Riad. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful. The various rooms we stayed in were all comfortable. The Gallia has a 1920s charm to it--two courtyards with lots of trees and plants, and shade. We had breakfast every morning in cool shade--delightful French-inspired baguettes, coffe and tea, and yummy jams. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This place is well located but the standard is in my opinion poor. The photos on the website paint a much better picture than reality. Not clean especially the roof top terrace which could be very nice but the soft furnishings a so dirty I was reluctant to sit down. I didnt find the staff particularly helpful and had great difficulty persuading the to print my boarding pass. They even charged me equivalent of 50p to call a taxi for me. The bedroom was tiny and not very comfortable. The included breakfast was a variety of breads with honey, jam and butter , this was very nice and the courtyard setting was pleasant but again the furnishings were very old and worn. Would I go back here? No, Would I recommend it to someone? Well only if the wanted a fairly cheap city centre hotel and weren't too fussy about other things.

Staff tried to cheat us with air conditioning. Doors for bathroom were destroyed. Staff was not helpful. Then didn't have change for our payment. Sunbeds were dirty. Hotel has a nice design but needs renovation. I understand is difficult to have europian standards here, but they should have at least good service.

Fantastic. Beautiful, clean rooms. Totally quiet. One minute walk to the riad. Excellent staff. Room serviced each day. The breakfasts are traditional and a great start to the day. They arranged to have us picked up from the airport. Highly recommended.
