Hôtel Le Jas de Gordes

We recently had the most amazing stay at Le Jas de Gordes in October for 4 nights, and it was truly the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Nadia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She felt like a friend, helping us with restaurant reservations, taxis, bike rentals, and making our entire experience smooth and unforgettable. The breakfast each morning was a delight, with everything so fresh and delicious, and the view of the valley was simply breathtaking. It was a magical experience that we will never forget. We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend Le Jas de Gordes to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. It is by far the best hotel in Gordes.

We had a wonderful family stay the Le Jas. They were extremely accommodating to a change of plans we needed to make and worked with us to find a wonderful solution to our needs. Le Jas is a lovely estate with beautifully groomed grounds offering both interest and great little spots to relax throughout the property. The pool was really nice and the entire location high above the surrounding countryside made Le Jas a particularly great place to stay. The rooms were spotless as was the whole resort. The buffet breakfast included anything you could possibly want and the food was fresh and delicious. Proximity to Gordes was terrific. I highly recommend it for either a romantic get-away or a family visit to the area, as ours was. Business travelers would do well to stay here also.

Excellent hotel in every way. For a four star hotel we experienced, accommodating staff, beautiful grounds, well kept rooms. Breakfast was really good. The bar should probably allow for vodka within their offerings.

Highly recommend. Room was a bit small but everything else was perfect! Pool & terrace areas were very well done. So relaxing in a quiet setting. Small hotel so not a lot of people and noise.||||

This hotel was charming and exactly what I expected a Provencal hotel to look like. Rooms were well appointed, AIR CONDITIONED and TV, clean and modern. The pool was beautiful. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future for more than the one night we stayed.

Friendly staff, hard working and super kind and friendly personnel at breakfast. The grounds and building were very pretty and well preserved. The rooms were uncomfortably small and the bathroom even smaller. Lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor with overhead recessed lights that were in poor locations in the ceiling. Would we stay here again? Yes, but I would ask for a larger room, if a larger room exists.

Le Jas de Gordes is a beautiful property tucked in near Gordes. While we enjoyed our stay, it wasn't what we considered four star quality. The wifi did not work for two of our three nights. The T.V. did not work. The A.C. did not work. Some of the towels in our bathroom were damp upon arrival. Pool is beautiful, but smells like car exhaust from proximity to road. ||||The property itself is quite beautiful, the rooms were underwhelming. If I were to donut again, I would book a room in Avignon and drive into Gordes for a day trip. For the price point we were underwhelmed and frustrated with the amenities that did not work during our stay.

We had a great four night stay in this lovely hotel situated just outside Gordes with great views of the Luberon. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, will definitely return
