Hôtel Le Jas de Gordes

We had a terrific time with Hotel Le Jas de Gordes as our home base re our recent trip to Provence. People were great, room clean and patio nice, pool just right, food limited but very good re breakfast and snacks end of day, and location perfect. Highly recommend this 4-star hotel.

We were looking for the quintessential French countryside experience, and we found it! The atmosphere is effortlessly beautiful and relaxed, the staff courteous and kind, and the grounds are impeccably maintained, with multiple beautiful terraces, courtyards, and vistas. The pool is perfection, a delicious retreat at the end of a hot day of exploration. We loved the proximity to Gordes, and our dinner at La Trinquette was one of our favorites of the trip. This is the perfect location to explore surrounding villages and taste wine and olive oil. This property will always have a special place in my heart, and I hope we can return someday.

Wow, what a treat! We loved Domaine Les Martins from the moment we entered through the gates at the bottom of the garden. As we enjoyed our morning coffee under the shade of a beautiful fig tree, and were warmly welcomed and registered. Soon after, we settled into our beautifully decorated room, complete with a spacious terrace and dreamy views.||||We didn’t see the other rooms, but it was clear that each had its own unique character and charm. The location is wonderfully peaceful, and the pool and gardens were serene—a perfect setting for relaxation. Our hosts David and Regis were so attentive, warm and charming. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back again.

We had an exceptional stay at this very beautiful and peaceful resort in Gordes. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. There are also good trails leading into this quaint hilltop village. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Good location just outside Gordes village. Quiet and lovely grounds, with a swimming pool and dining terrace. The room we stayed in was not very big, but clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay here!

This is a great hotel in a bucolic setting outside of Gordes. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and more than adequate but still on the small size. Breakfast was great. Perfect for cyclists ( otherwise best to have a car).

We had a wonderful family stay the Le Jas. They were extremely accommodating to a change of plans we needed to make and worked with us to find a wonderful solution to our needs. Le Jas is a lovely estate with beautifully groomed grounds offering both interest and great little spots to relax throughout the property. The pool was really nice and the entire location high above the surrounding countryside made Le Jas a particularly great place to stay. The rooms were spotless as was the whole resort. The buffet breakfast included anything you could possibly want and the food was fresh and delicious. Proximity to Gordes was terrific. I highly recommend it for either a romantic get-away or a family visit to the area, as ours was. Business travelers would do well to stay here also.

Hotel Jas is 20 min walk from Gordes and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the walk into Gordes. The room was on the second floor and was large with a huge bathroom. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon. People working at the from desk were very helpful and helped us with dinner reservations which wer excellent.
