Hôtel Le Logis des Cordeliers

Really nice hotel in a very comfortable town. The room was very large with a balcony that had room for a small table and two chairs. Excellent air conditioning and wifi as well as a comfortable bathroom. Bed was very good and the large pool was very well received. Breakfast was served downstairs and was plentiful and fresh. The added bonus was the hotel’s lovely dog - a very dignified French pooch. Great overnight stay on the GR 65 walk.

Chamina Voyage booked us into this hotel as part of the Chemin de St. Jacques de Compostelle. Big comfortable rooms decorated in an old-fashioned style that made me feel as if I were staying with my grandmother. It was comfortable, clean and came with a generous welcome. The swimming pool was lovely and the location convenient. Luckily, we were able to spend two nights here. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Dinner was at the local pizzeria. And the bonus is a dog named Indigo.

A small hotel in the centre of Condom, very quiet and well placed for visiting the town on foot, a five-minute walk to the Cathedral. The pool looks nice, but we were there too late in the year to use it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and had everything you need; the Wi-Fi signal in the room was good. The only slight problem was that our bathroom had no shower curtain, so you tend to flood the bathroom, but that is more pf a problem for the cleaners.

This hotel doesn’t pretend to be deluxe but at €70 what can you expect? This hotel is clean with a great pool which isn’t busy. It’s a short walk to the town centre. The hosts are very obliging and happy for you to picnic around the pool with food bought from the supermarket. Breakfast is €8 and pretty good value.

This motel seems quite modest, and it is, but it's also very good modest. The modern motel type structure somehow squeezed into space between old stone houses seems out of place, And to be fair the facilities are quite simple. But the rooms are comfortable, and immaculately clean. The service is sparse, but friendly and proficient. There's no proper bar, but drinks seem to appear from somewhere out the back. There's no restaurant, and the breakfast room is not very smart. We were comfortable there, and would happily return.

We planned to stay for 2 nights in this interesting area and stayed for 3. It was more like an Australian motel than a hotel in a medieval town in appearance. It did meet our needs in that it was within comfortable walking distance of the centre where the delightful St Pierre cathedral and the weekly market are. Our room was satisfactory and the French speaking (naturally) owners helpful and accommodating. We loved the restaurant next door where the food was excellent and innovative within the framework of the delightful Dordogne produce. Staying in this Logis hotel enabled us to take a number of driving circuits from condom - such a pretty area.

Overnight stay in a quiet room, overlooking swimming pool. Good on-site parking, well equipped room, toiletries provided. Wifi not particularly good in the bedroom but OK in reception area. Breakfast not included in price; we ate breakfast in the town.

Stayed with my wife as part of a walking holiday. Simple rooms, well equipped. We had a view over the pool area and garden on the first floor which we would recommend. Good breakfasts and friendly staff.
