14 Family-Friendly Paris Hotels That Set a New Bar for Kid-Focused Amenities

"Gare du Nord What could be easier as you disembark the Eurostar—juggling multiple kids and items of luggage—than stumbling across the road and checking into this design-forward hotel? Children will adore the quirky aesthetic at this stylish city property, which draws on the diverse local community in the lesser-known 10th arrondissement. There’s plenty to explore in the whimsical lobby-cum-shop, done up to look like newsagents, while the rooms themselves (the larger of which are delightfully spacious by Paris standards and have plenty of space for a cot or extra bed) are a riot of color. Each room comes with a cuddly mascot, Super Filou, and on Sundays, the hotel restaurant, Neni, hosts a special brunch with a dedicated area set up for kids, complete with a ball pit, miniature kitchen, coloring books, and board games galore. Little ones will be happy doodling or rifling through the toy box, while parents can enjoy their croissants in peace. Book now at Expedia Book now at Booking.com" - Luciana Bellini

A hard as I try, I can’t seem to find a hotel where the rooms are normal size! I booked the larger “cozy” room with the terrace. The terrace did not disappoint! We had to change rooms because there was absolutely no storage in the first room. One of the front desk staff even admitted that some rooms were too small for two people for a week-long stay.|Pros:|Very good location to anywhere in the city. We took taxicabs as we’re getting older and the knees don’t work like they used to! |Lots of local cafes with a very easy walk from the hotel.|Fabulous outdoor weekend market with fresh food and boutique shop-type items.|Room was extremely clean.|Front desk staff were always helpful with ALL our questions.|Cons:|Lack of storage.

Great value for money: warm reception, comfortable room, great housekeeping, good breakfast, handsome interiors. Well located for public transportation across the city. A steal at this price in Paris.

A lovely boutique hotel with clean small modern rooms. Great staff. The breakfast choice was great with an amazing selection of meats, breads n cereal. The drinks were via a barista machine but did hit the spot. The location was busy, vibrant with loads to see and do. Great transport links are easily commutable.

Room 412..if you stand more than 5'8", you can't use the loo. Worn decoration. Loose heating duct. Noisy lift exit on 5th flloor .Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Staff so good & helpful. Location great. Not 4* however !

Location: Very good, within 30 minutes bus ride to best attractions. Service: Tried to buy only 2 coffees and 2 croissants but been told that is not possible and I have to buy their 11 euros breakfast, special thing what can I say. Rooms: 1.6 stars at maximum, the rooms are smelling, the walls are all scratched and there is mould on them. First room had the bathroom very bad affected by the mould and luckily I got another one on my request. I don’t want to be that person complaining, the only reason I’m leaving this review is that the stars of the hotel are misleading. It cannot be a 4 stars hotel, looking at the rooms at this hotel and another 4 stars I stayed I can give it a generous 1.6 stars! If this was a 1.6 stars I would’ve understood but 4 stars is very far away from that. RE: I had to insist and insist to the person that i only want 2 coffees and 2 croissants, it doesn't help with anything if i got 2 croissants free. Its all about the experience, your croissants doesn't justify the 4 stars hotel. Its interesting that from all what i written all you have to say is i gave you 2 croissants. This could've ended very bad as some people with allergy to mold could've need medical help because of your rooms. Shocking!

We stayed here for 2 nights in August during the Olympics. We weren’t in the room a lot but it was very clean, the shower was nice and the reception staff were helpful when contacted. The location was very good, lots of public transport close by as well as bars and cafes too. We did have an issue with our fridge in the room but this was fixed quickly and without fuss, overall a nice hotel.

Hôtel Le M Paris was the second hotel we stayed at during our trip to Paris, and it did not disappoint. The rooms were modern and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were courteous and always ready to help with any request. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the Luxembourg Gardens, and the charming streets of Saint-Germain and the Latin Quarter, which was one of our favorite neighborhoods, if not our favorite! I highly recommend Hôtel Le M Paris for a delightful stay.

Yelp
Great location, friendly staff, very clean. We stayed at the Hotel Le M for 4 days, our stay was above expectations! The neighborhood is lively and had many things to do, see and eat. The hotel was close to the metro, which made traveling in Paris easy. The hotel staff was super nice and went above and beyond to give us directions and help us solve a problem created by the shuttle company. The included breakfast was also a plus.

Yelp
Dont know what a 4 star hotel is in paris but this certainly aint one. We got here at night and it was raining; the street was small and crowded. No place for the taxi to drop us off. We prepaid already so the hotel was ready for our room and everything. the bed was two twins that they put together and you could definitely feel the middle. Our room had no view and it was soooo hot! Their thermometer did not work! We had to open up our window to let the cool breeze in. We stayed here for 4 nights and just as we were about to be say our stay was okay for the price they hit us with a bill at checkout saying the local calls that they told us was free was NOT free and we ended up paying 50 euros for freaking phone calls. NOT cool. Will not come back here, because you lied to us about the calls. K thnx bye.

Yelp
We had a great time at this hotel. The location was central to everything, we could walk almost everywhere. Some of the best restaurants were just down the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
