Coming to Paris regularly on business I am used to stay in 4 stars hotels in the 8th and 1st arrondisement. I tried many of the small boutique hotels. They all have in common that the lobbies are nicely renovated and designed but often the floors where rooms are remain as they had been for decades. Timms in Paris are always small, so not worth complaining about it, but here is why I definitely won’t be back in Le Marianne: at check-in the receptionist show me my room which was essentially at the back of the front desk towards the courtyard. A tiny dark room with a funny smell in it. I immediately asked for another room and explained that for EUR 430 a night they can’t be serious to offer me this room. They then gave me room 506 on the top floor which was under the roof. Whereas bath room and design was up to date, the room had only a tiny window towards the courtyard again. Back at the desk I explained the receptionist that I won’t be coming back to this hotel as offering such below standard rooms for such price is not justified. There are quite a few other hotels offering better rates and more spacious rooms. The breakfast didn’t impress me with its choice. While do these hotels serve croissants that come out of the freezer instead getting the famous and delicious croissants every bakery shop sells in Paris? In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This review is extremely overdue but I need to let everyone know how incredible this hotel is.|myself and sister visited for two nights in December, it was our first trip away together without our parents and especially as two women we were a little nervous and apprehensive but this hotel wiped that all away.||As soon as we arrived we were breath-taken by how beautiful it is, as we visited around Christmas it was lit up, a huge beautiful tree, gorgeous interior and exterior and it also smells incredible||We feel terrible as we can’t recall the man’s name, but he has a look of Stanley Tucci who made our stay absolutely incredible and unforgettable, anyway we checked in, we had booked a classic room but upon arrival we had been upgraded to the best room in the hotel! Which already we were over the moon and made this trip extremely special. After check in the man shown us around the downstairs which we have to say one of our favourite amenities of this hotel was the hot drinks machine which allowed you to get complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate (our favourite) which as you can imagine in the middle of December was a godsend.||The room was 406 I believe, if possible I would 1000% recommend to upgrade or request this room as it’s out of this world! I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before it has the most gorgeous luxurious, elegant, Parisian but modern feel to it. There’s huge wardrobe space, mirror, a coffee machine, tea making facilities, a mini fridge, complimentary water, a massive bed and a gorgeous, modern bathroom. But best of all was the balcony which by the time we had arrived and unpacked it was around 4/5pm and the we were informed you can see the Eiffel Tower from that room and we did!! To check in to such a lovely hotel to staying in the most beautiful room to then seeing the Eiffel Tower sparking from that room made our first trip to Paris beyond magical.||Rooms- extremely specious, luxurious, modern, impeccably clean, tv with access to Netflix etc which is perfect cosied up on a winters night. The rooms are so perfect we even cancelled plans at a fancy restaurant to stay in and enjoy the beautiful room!||Location- excellent, we like to walk so we found everything to be walkable, felt very safe in this area||Staff- above all we cannot thank the staff enough for how kind they were to myself and sister, as two women travelling alone it can be quite nerve wrecking but with this hotel you don’t have to worry at all, everyone working there from reception, maids, security can’t do enough for you. Especially as one day my sister got ill and the man on reception who also checked us in helped her to read the medication. Again for anyone traveling alone or for any women the hotel gets locked at night and has security on the door, which helps you to feel extremely safe and cared for in this hotel.||They truly treat guests as family as opposed to ‘customers’ no matter if you are staying one night or ten they go above and beyond for you.|Thank you thank you thank you! This hotel made us truly fall in love with Paris and allowed us to make so many amazing memories! We visited in December, I’m writing this in June and we still mention how incredible it was often and hope to return!!!❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Champs-Élysées. There is a temporary road construction next to the hotel, in the morning we had to close the windows because of the noise. The rooms are small, but more or less comfortable. The bathroom and shower need updating and restoration. The breakfasts are good, but not amazing. There is a small self-service bar in the lobby. Good for those who value the location in this particular part of the city.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I’d like to especially thank Pascal for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. When we mentioned that we chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, he went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. His thoughtful gesture and exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. Thank you, Pascal, for making our special occasion even more special!

Thanks to the dedicated staff my first trip to Europe was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond their job duties to help me and make me feel at home and like family. This hotel is a MUST for anyone traveling to or through Paris. I am left speechless with the crews caring and dedicated demeanor towards their guests. I will forever be sincerely and deeply appreciative.

An incredibly welcoming, comfortable, boutique hotel in a fabulous location, minutes from the Champs Elysees and Metros. Rooms have fresh, contemporary decor with great aircon and soundproofing.Don't think I've stayed anywhere where every member of staff was quite so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and Emiliana who looked after us at breakfast was a complete star.

Gorgeous central Hotel a few minutes walk to the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe where you can catch the Big Bus for a fabulous city tour.|Arriving after an early flight a warm welcome from Pascal and complimentary coffee and pastries was a good start. We were early for check in so we left our luggage and wandered out for the day. We had an email advising our room was ready, nice touch!|Eventually, after a delicious dinner, we made our way back to the Hotel where we were warmly greeted again and went to find our room. These are not large rooms but bear in mind they are city centre however they make an instant impression, lovely decor, comfy beds, powerful shower and luxury toiletries - what more could you want - I know drinking water - yes it is supplied too!|Breakfast is a delight with the fabulous Emiliana looking after you, nothing is too much trouble for this lady - she ensures you have everything you want and need.|This a four star establishment that left us happier than many 5 star hotels have - a definite return is in order - soon I hope! |Merci Beaucoup Pascal & Emiliana!
