The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, we were grateful to find that he had even brought our luggage to our room after we had deposited it at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The location was convenient as well, directly in the center of Cannes and a short walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and needed something printed last minute and some bags held until our bus, with which Jean Michel was extremely helpful with and his English is great. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed, fabulous shower, and the air-con worked well. The secure door entry made us feel very safe also and if we are back next year we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay here! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and Jean Michel was so helpful when I needed something printed and to leave my bag for a few hours after checkout. The location is PERFECT and the secure entry feels safe. I am hoping to come back next year and will definitely stay here again.

I fully understand that everything is very expensive in Cannes. Also hotels. However, I am happy to say that in the case of this hotel, the location determines a lot, but not everything. Everything went very well right from the check-in. The manager awaited our arrival at the hotel door and secured us a parking space for the entire stay (only one per hotel). The hotel room was pre-cooled (the air conditioner was working) and even the refrigerator was already on. The service was very, very friendly and professional. The manager speaks fluent English and also Russian. Breakfast is continental, but quite sufficient. The room was very big - at least 20 square meters and really quiet. The room also has a very well-functioning air conditioner. It is also important for me that the room is also equipped with a small desk and a small lounge chair where it is comfortable to sit. Writing tools are also available. The room has a large wardrobe and a safe with a code lock inside. Of course, there are also extra blankets and pillows. Therefore, it is comfortable here even during a longer stay. It is possible to draw blackout curtains in front of the windows to enjoy a longer sleep. I really like these small boutique hotels because the service is always very personal. You never get that kind of luxury in big hotels.

We had just one night there and were pleasantly surprised by the charm of our room with its shutters and a view into the street below. We chose a 21sq metre room. The shower room though small worked well. The bed was very comfortable indeed.|A warm welcome at reception which is on the first floor.|There is no lift, so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. However it's in a perfect location for the Croisette, shopping in Rue d'Antibes and a short walk to the SNCF (wish that personnel there were friendly) and also the bus station whose staff are more helpful.|It's a hotel we could recommend.

Very convenient and clean rooms. The owner of the hotel is very courteous and humble. Even we already checked out, he allowed us to have a shower later on the day, when we came back from the beach to pick up our luggage. Best choice, if you want to relax a few days in Cannes.

Great location near Palais and rue d'Antibes. The room was cozy, decent size for one person. The shower had great water pressure, however eveytime I took a shower the bathroom was flooded due to absence of door in the shower.||The wifi was not very stable which was a bit annoying when I was working in my room.||The room that I had was near the reception so it was a bit noisy. There is s restaurant on the ground floor that plays music until 11pm.||. A huge thank you to Jean Michel who made me feel at home.

Great hotel with very friendly Manager Michel, very clean rooms. Well located downtown of Cannes direct by Palais des Congres. I definetly recommend to stay here. You can reach all parts of the city by foot and enjoy sunset on the beach close by.
