We stayed for two night on our tour through the Alps to Italy. From the moment we arrived we felt well catered for and looked after! All the staff here are chatty and super friendly! Check in was speedy and when we opened the door to our room it was just such a delight to find a modern, sleek but cosy room with a breathtaking view! Breakfast was good and the food in the evening was delicious - we very recommend it! ||My husband came here to cycle, and this was the perfect base. Whilst he was cycling, I enjoyed a relaxing day on my terrace and explored beautiful Le Monêtier-les-Bains. We also visited Briancon, which is a MUST, but go early, because car parking is limited! Sadly, we didn’t have enough time to experience the baths in Le Monêtier-les-Bains. Something we will do, should we return. ||All-in-all, I can 100% recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, a room with a view and good food!

Rooms are modern and spotless. All the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. Perfectly located for outdoor activities. Summer and Winter. The restaurant has a fantastic chef and the food is very tasty.

We go for dinner/Aperitif. Terrasse is sublime as well as inside. Price is very affordable compared their relaxed but very classy hotel service. Always service & cuisine are good/excellent. I'm not a dessert person but it's always nice surprise, I'm glad to share. Why not to try for brunch next time. Also in any occasion, we recommend to book this hotel to our friends.

Great hotel to stay in Serre Chevalier. The location is excellent, right in the centre of town. Our room was a bit small but comfortable for our stay. Breakfast is fantastic, all products were very high quality. The staff were very nice. Dinner at Le Stabatio restaurant was a pleasure. Parking was small, although some spaces are not protected from snow.

We stayed earlier in the winter season so it was very quiet. Our drive took ages due to snow and the staff checked in with us regularly to make sure we were okay which was above and beyond their duty. They offered to keep the kitchen open for us too! Hotel is clean, and modern with an authentic touch. Breakfast was excellent and the service was equally superb. We didn't ski, but the lift wasn't too far. Some of the more rugged would walk it in their kit but I usually switch to snow boots. Either way its walkable. Highly recommend, we are considering a return for winter 2025!

I cannot talk about the rooms as I never saw one( great apparently), neither can I comment on the location (super, but I live here). I was here for a friend's wedding. Everything was perfect,..... the food, the service, the atmosphere, the great, friendly staff. I've eaten several times in the restaurant as an outside guest over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. If you stay here or at least eat here, I think it would be a superb experience .

I stayed here last minute before heading off on a few days hiking. The hotel was great, the food in the restaurant in the evening was good (I got the burger) and the breakfast was huge. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a real four star.
