We cancelled our reservation withing their guidelines however the hotel had asked a deposit of 50% of our stay upon confirmation. The hotel fraudulently charged our credit card for another 50% and never reimbursed us the amount paid in advance. The worst part: Despite sending three emails, the hotel has never replied, never acknowledged our messages, and never refunded us. Instead, they charged the full amount without consent. Not only did the hotel never refund the deposit, but they also charged the full remaining balance of the reservation without my consent. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and a breach of trust. ⚠️ Advice to travelers: Do not use your credit card with this establishment — the risk of unjustified charges is real. Choose a hotel that respects its customers and its own cancellation terms. Many other accommodations in Valladolid are far more honest and professional. Stay away.

The entire decor and landscaping is beautiful. All the staff is very friendly and willing to help. There’s lots of places to hang out. The included breakfast was very generous and you’ll surely leave full, it’s a mix of western and Mexican choices. 5 min walk from the center. We never heard any of the other guests. The rooms were incredibly clean and we’d surely come back. Pricing is appropriate for the value. The only thing was a delta if I was working is the WiFi is slow but fine for me because I wanted to disconnect.

A really nice, clean and friendly hotel close to the main square. The breakfast was really good and all staff so nice. We stayed for 3 nights and all worked out so well. The hotel has a small pool set in a fantastic surrounding in the middle of the hotel.

This hotel looked at first like a hidden gem - not much to look at from the outside but appeared to open into an oasis of calm - with vegetation draping around an attractive pool area. Rooms are fine - although bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Location is good - 5 minutes from the local square - breakfast also fine - but nothing special.||Main problem was that our ok was located beneath a water tank and system which made a thumping noise every 30 seconds or so throughout the night - it’s made it impossible to get anywhere sleep. There were no staff on duty at night so we had to suffer in (non) silence. Such a shame - this could have been a really nice stay. I’m sure we were not the first to have this issue - others must have complained too.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. Beautiful rooms, stunning hotel, great food and very helpful staff. One of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. Thanks to all the staff, and we hope to visit again in the future!!

We loved our three nights at Le Muuch and found it to be a great base, both for exploring the small city of Valladolid itself, and for trips to the amazing archaeological sites of Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam. The hotel has just 21 rooms and our junior suite was beautifully decorated with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar and a sweet lttle balcony. The Kuxub restaurant offers a great breakfast as well as a fab selection of lunch and dinner choices. In addition to the air conditioned dining room there are plenty of little al fresco dining spots, two roof terraces and two small but lovely pools as well as a rear garden area.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location to enjoy central Valladolid. We used it as a base to get an early start to Chichen Itza & it was ideal, if not a little more expensive than some local hotels. Maybe this was because we booked a deluxe room. The room had a very small balcony overlooking the bar area so could be noisy on a night & in the morning. It was a good size but we felt the bathroom was small & we didn’t have enough hangers for clothes. It was also very dark.|Service was excellent although they had a strange policy regarding taking out towels for the cenotes & we had to leave a driving licence as ‘security’. Breakfast was lovely, again with good service which also extended to the bar.|We didn’t really use the pool although did sun bathe a little in between trips & a heavy rain storm. External areas are beautiful.|Overall I guess we were satisfied with our choice of hotel in Valladolid. |.

There is no wi-fi in the rooms. There are barking dogs from the courtyard next door. The bathroom floors are extremely slippery. The front desk does a poor job of greeting guests. There can often be a language barrier, so perhaps that was the problem. They told me my rooms were prepaid and then charged me again. They could provide no documentation that disputed the charges on my credit card. The people in the bar and in the restaurant were terrific. I want to recommend this hotel, but in the end I would suggest looking elsewhere as it is the most expensive option in Valladolid.
