The service was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. They offered us several activities and even arranged a private taxi that accompanied us for the entire day, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. The restaurant was very good, with high-quality food and an excellent value for money. Prices were fair considering the quality of the dishes. Breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip in Mexico. All the dishes were homemade, including the bread, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-designed, and very well maintained. The cleaning service was perfect: our room was always spotless and well taken care of.

By far the best hotel we stayed in during our month trip. Incredible attentive service, staff are so friendly and welcoming. From the welcome drink to making us a packed lunch for an early start day trip, they couldn’t do enough for us. The setting with pools, terraces, the plants!!! The bar, breakfast, just wow and thank you SO MUCH!

Beautiful hotel located in the centre of Valladolid. The pictures don’t lie, the whole hotel is designed perfectly. Breakfast is perfect, the cocktails world class and that for less then 100euro per night incl breakfast! Only small point of improvement is the quality/friendliness of the reception staff.

Great hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights. Food was nice and breakfast was included. The staff were really friendly and helped us book travel to nearby cenotes. Location is walkable to the town center

Very poor service. After complaining on a worn matras that woul break my back in 1 night, we did get an upgrade, but staff didnt want to bring over all our luggage to the new room. Also the bar tender didnt provide an option when he served a mezcalita that was way too sour. When you check in, be aware of a 2,5 pages long list of donts, which youll need to sign, but dont get a copy. If you see my other reviews, you'll see im not the type to post negative reviews, but this one is asking for it.

We cancelled our reservation withing their guidelines however the hotel had asked a deposit of 50% of our stay upon confirmation. The hotel fraudulently charged our credit card for another 50% and never reimbursed us the amount paid in advance. The worst part: Despite sending three emails, the hotel has never replied, never acknowledged our messages, and never refunded us. Instead, they charged the full amount without consent. Not only did the hotel never refund the deposit, but they also charged the full remaining balance of the reservation without my consent. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and a breach of trust. ⚠️ Advice to travelers: Do not use your credit card with this establishment — the risk of unjustified charges is real. Choose a hotel that respects its customers and its own cancellation terms. Many other accommodations in Valladolid are far more honest and professional. Stay away.

We loved our three nights at Le Muuch and found it to be a great base, both for exploring the small city of Valladolid itself, and for trips to the amazing archaeological sites of Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam. The hotel has just 21 rooms and our junior suite was beautifully decorated with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar and a sweet lttle balcony. The Kuxub restaurant offers a great breakfast as well as a fab selection of lunch and dinner choices. In addition to the air conditioned dining room there are plenty of little al fresco dining spots, two roof terraces and two small but lovely pools as well as a rear garden area.

The staff is very nice and hotel is clean. It's well located and there's plenty of parking. However, don't accept to stay in rooms by pool. It is way too loud. The food is very good, just be patient during breakfast time.

The hotel is just a few blocks from the main square and Ave de Los Frailes. We stayed for two nights while visiting nearby ruins and cenotes. The food was very good and the cocktails were excellent. I definitely recommended staying here and spending time in Valladolid and the surrounding villages in addition to the usual spots like Chichén Itzá. One thing I would recommend to management: provide foam ear plugs to the guests. There are noisy dogs in the neighborhood and our room was above the kitchen which got a little noisy in the AM. We planned to get up early anyway so it worked out for us.

Le Muuch is a boutique style hotel located very close to the main Square. What set Le Muuch apart from other hotels during my family vacation was its excellent customer service and the unique/relaxing ambiance. The hotel incorporates water and plants into its architecture which makes dining and relaxing extremely unique. The second deck outdoor patio was filled with comfortable hammocks, chairs and music from the local night life. The entirety of Le Muuch's staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family was taken care of. When staying in Valladolid I suggest taking advantage of the opportunity to stay at Le Muuch!!
